Well Ghazal is an attractive woman.

It's not the first time that Vanessa has been spitting venom about attractive women when commentating on these reality shows for no believable reason. She's got form.

Vanessa was spitting venom at Ghazal for no real reason. Just appeared to be hatred for a slimmer, more attractive woman.

It's not the first time that Vanessa has come out with this irrational hatred for certain women on these sorts of shows.

Didn't see "You're fired" tonight, but if Vanessa made a "Bj instead of Dj" comment refferring to Katie and Paul, I'll sue! I made that comment on here last week. Of course, knowing Vanessa it could be an entirely unrelated bj...

She was agreeing with Sophie that selling kisses was a bad idea, and said it was one step removed from selling BJ's, or words to that effect.

Good enough to simply win, but an impressive performance to also manage both Tre and Jadine effectively.”

Tre and Jadine have proved that they have taken SAS's advice on board but yes, Gazhal was impressive. So too, even though I really dislike her, was Kristin. And to think, if they hadn't made a mess of the choccy, they would have absolutely slaughtered the other team.

No I'm not. She was clearly stressed and I think most people here would say that she was telling herself everything was okay.

Which was my point. She was consciously dealing with the stress.
I didn't say she wasn't stressed, I said she was dealing with it.
Other people would have been taking their stress out on other people and looking for people to blame. That's what usually happens when contestants can't handle stress, they take it out on others.
When Tre and (Natalie?, Christine?) came back from getting the lolly sticks she ensured that she made sure she complimented him to keep him on side.

The only real error I saw was that she needed to get more people on the production line. As a people manager I think Ghazal performed very well indeed.
And the product was excellent. I thought those chocolate monkey things looked really nice. I could have eaten one myself.

All those clerical workers working for central government departments which are mostly located in London, postal workers, teaching staff, nurses, hospital attendants and ancillary staff, carers, nursery staff, gardeners, couriers, London Underground ticket sellers, cleaners, hotel workers, shop assistants, secretaries and office administrators. Should none of these live in London and go to the zoo?

Thank you Fio. I think I'll leave the lawyers on retainer for now....

London has as much dross and mediocrity, free riders, skivers, charlatans, hangers-on and ne'er do wells as anywhere else.

Can all these 'London' posts involving gadders be moved to a different thread?

I was really impressed with Adam today. His team might have lost but most of the points he made were valid and managed his team well. Simon looks like a strong candidate too along with Katie and Tre learning to keep his gob shut a bit more than usual. Right call by Sir Alan to fire the scientist. She was far from business minded and couldn't sell to save her life!

Ghazal luckily escaped the chop by the skin of her teeth. She's so out of depth it's unbelievable.

She really had something against Adam for some reason. She's my favourite at the moment to win though as she's more all rounded than the other candidates.

Nonsense: there are brilliant lawyers, solicitors and barristers, circuit judges on the regional circuits in England and of course in the separate legal system in Scotland. There is talent in every trade all over the country and plenty of mediocrity thriving in London.

Sugar was on form tonight: sharp as a tack.

It was a tricky one tonight on who should've been fired. I actually thought Ghazel did an alright job. A mistake was made, which could've proved costly, but generally her team worked well and if Kristina and Tre had come back and helped at the factory they would have had plenty of stock and won by a very large margin. She's the first project manager who's not had any trouble with Tre & Jadine, so well done for that. However if her team had lost, she was the only one who could've been fired, so it that way she was lucky.

Now between Adam, Sophie & Natalie, I think Siralan just about made the right decision. I don't understand why people think Natalie should've been fired, yes she made the printing error, but it didn't seem to waste too much time and to be fair they had been harping on about 'healthy, natural, organic' products all day, so it could've been a genuine mistake.

I could see a lot more reasons for Adam's firing personally. He didn't seem to be a very good leader. He picked on Natalie's selling techniques even though she seemed to be doing fin, and a lot better than he was (though I did agree with him when she was having a go and he mentioned the fact he hadn't shouted at her for her mistake). It was his idea to pitch up in the middle of nowhere. He also spent four hours in a lion suit and didn't contribute much to sales.

Sophie however should've gone because she showed the least passion. Didn't want to stay late to make enough product and didn't want to sell. Sorry love, but thats what you're there for. Topping it off she's the only one who had a black mark against her name for the ordering boo boo in week one. Seemed very nice on 'You're Fired' tho.

I think both Adam and Ghazel's time is numbered though, which is a shame because I like them both. I think Jadine, Paul & Lohit are all in the firing line in the coming weeks too. I think Lohit will end up like last years Samuel, quiet and in the end doesn't show enough.

Front runners for me are Simon and Kristina. I'm not a huge Kristina fan but think they're both getting on and doing good jobs. tre is obviously natural entertainment and quite good, but like Said before him he's just too 'bullish' for Siralan to hire.

Naomi's already won it - she always dresses up for Sir Alan in the boardroom.
