Kristina and Jadine are the best imo.

I think Sophie was fired not just because of the sales but because of the cock-up she made in the coffee task, seems like Geri last week SAS is remembering the cock-ups.

Rohit did sell more than the others and that was defitnately true! They lost about £10 from the other team. I think it was Adam's fault, for not letting his foot down and scaring little kids with his lion suit, just to see the other guys how they were selling.

Didn't really enjoy last night's ep...it was boring !

That Ghazal, everytime the camera focuses on her she always looked like she's about to nod off with her sleepy eyes!

I'm not enjoying this series as much, not sure why. I've taken my time but finally decide to blog this.

I don't like Ghazal.

I love Ghazal, however for purely superficial reasons.

Ghazal reminds me of Dev's daughter from Coronation Street Despite the obvious error in not making enough lollies, I am glad her team won. Wouldn't say I was overly impressed with her leadership, but it was still far better than Naomi, Andy and Rory's.

I think Sophie did herself a favour by being eliminated, the cut throat business world is no place for someone who overthinks things.

Thought Adam did an okay job too...

Not keen on Ghazal myself - she seems a bit tetchy under pressure and froze at the crucial moment when doing the 'dog wardrobe' presentation. Her team's lollies looked quite nice, though.

I didn't have a problem with Adam's "keep it simple" style of leadership but I'm surprised he got caught out on obvious things like location. I still believe his team could have won if one of their mobile salespeople had stationed themselves near the exit in their final hour of sales. Loads of people buy souvenirs as they're going home, rather than carrying them round the zoo, and a lolly would have been a cheaper treat that going into the gift shop and spending a tenner on a toy.

I am of the opinion, and it's only my opinion, that this current series is a series almost too far. I think that this should be the final one as it has lost its edge and is almost becoming a trilfe boring and lacklustre and the contestants are truly an awful bunch of wanabees.

How sad is that?

Yeah, that despite 100s of channels broadcasting 24/7 i can only find 1 hour of TV a week i look forward to and don't want to miss!

Absolutely. This is a 'job interview' for the role of an apprentice not about the specific task each week. AS will & should take into account 'all' performances of the candidates in front of him. As you say Geri last week & Sophie this week had been in the boardroom twice in the early weeks - says a lot really. It is only about the order that a lot of he candidates go out at the end of the day.

The fact that AS was prepared to put people into leader roles was so important to me. There were so many who were attempting to fly under the radar. I hope he regularly does this.

If I didn't know beforehand, I'd swear I was watching a classic sitcom.

I wish SAS had fired Natalie as well as Sophie - what a vile deceitful b*tch!

I thought Vanessa Feltz made a fool of herself when she slagged of Gazals accent, and the bj comment, hardly an intellient peice of input into a lively discussion, but nevertheless typical of her to drag the tone down. Normally I quite like her but she should have kept those type of comments for a more tabloid style programme

Indeed, just like some posters on here.

Project Managers for next week are

Spoiler
Kristina and Natalie

I think the show is slowly sorting itself out, we are getting rid of most of the deadwood quite quickly, once Lohit goes we are really moving, there's quite a few mouthy ones which are left which is good Tre, Jadine, Christina, Ghazel, Katie and Natalie who I still think is a dark horse as SAS likes the trying to change their situation type of person although I also thought she had been in Eastenders.

I think this lot would see any of the rest off in the boardroom without a problem as the others are pretty quiet and not as streetwise as this lot, when the aforementioned 6 are up against each other that will be Season 3 for me.

They weren't allowed to sell the product while the zoo guy was taking legal advice, and afterwards their selling of it was crippled by having to point out how unnatural it was. So perhaps without the mislabelling they would have made an extra £10, and won.

£10 is so little that there are any number of reasons why they lost. Personally I am annoyed that Adam, having seen that Sophie was having trouble selling from the tray because she didn't like making direct approaches, didn't switch her to some other role better suited to her abilities. Either clowning around in a suit (we saw clips of her in an ant-eater one on You're Fired) or just selling from the fixed stall where she didn't need to be so forward.

You think so? She sent Tre as far away from her as she could. Where-upon he did as he pleased, not getting the lolly sticks until very late, then giving himself the evening off while the others were working until 11pm. It's not that impressive.

She kept Jadine close. We didn't see much of her, but it looked like she contributed to the production cock-ups that wasted the first batch of chocolate.

My prediction is that
Spoiler
Kristina will win big time and "Natural Nat" will go. I just don't think Natalie has (as they might say on USA apprentice) the intellectual hardware to pull a team together. Will I be eating those words next week like "sick on a stick"? Can't wait to find out!
