So how come top restaurants in London are booked out months in advance for people prepared to pay over £100 a head for a meal? Is that tourists? I don't think so. It's one of the reasons it's one of the only four alpha cities in the world.
And in any city you get people working below the average wage who can't afford basics - not just London.
