Where Are All The Old Guys?
Anyone noticed when you go into the high street stores of the main retailers and networks, there is a distinct lack of mature sales people (apart from the manager)? They only seem to employ spotty youths who harass you the minute you put a toe over the door. Is it because the salary is p*ss poor? High turnover of staff?
Anyone got any ideas / thoughts? Last edited by epsomsalts : 20-04-2007 at 21:58. Reason: spelling |

The other point is, it is mainly younger people that apply for work. The best candidate is recruited, irrespective of their age.
