Since May 2006 I have had problem after problem here is a shortlist:-
Got the N80 phone on a tarriff, it was blocked on delivery for safety had to call orange to get it unblocked, number included was for Pay and Go only, called that person gave me a number it was a dead number.
I called back again gave me a new number which was the right one, but they shut at 5pm.
To hear how many minutes you got left you have to call orange on 150 then press 1, 1 again and 1 again. it is usally around 24 hours behind though.
After a week of usage I found my mobile battery went after just 1 day plus it kept resetting itself for no reason when I was either on a call or not on a call (happend around 5 times a day). So I called orange he said you didnt charge the phone up correctly I said I did it for around 20 hours.
I then asked about the phone resetting he said it is meant to do that, its not a fault it stops it from freezing, but i said so effectively then it is freezing, but he just didn't seem to understand that its a fault, reseting means that it has frozen and the phone is getting itself out a problem, but he was too thick or arrogant to understand.
Ordered a second phone in July as orange said you will get free calls between to phone via their magic number service.
Same invoice came for Pay and Go even though phone was on a tariff and so didnt have the phone number to unblock it.
Oh yes magic numbers are free only if you are on an animal tarriff which the salesman failed to tell me so I get charged 10p for every call to my magic number and it takes up minutes in your monthly balance as well even though this is a magic number.
Well the text above was what happend in 2006 below I will post what happend in 2007
PS if you like being put on hold for over 20 minutes then this is the company for you.
When I call virgin cust services I get through in about in a minute, plus to find out how many minutes you got left call 789789 it takes 3 seconds not like the over a minute with orange and its up to date in real time.
