Best episode of this new series for me.

I like when they mess with time as much as with space. Yeah, you can put some odd set in place and be on another world but what's more interesting is taking an existing period of time in OUR planet and changing it.

To take post-crash New York and throw in the Daleks was a great idea and I think the third series is off and running.....

i thought is was a very good episode, at last a bit of dramatic tension as in the good old black & white days .... last week's was pants.

Thought it was pretty poor myself. It was a bit slow, the supporting characters were uninteresting and poorly acted, and I hate the pig-men things.
Also the Dalek/Human hybrid - a Hulek - just doesn't inspire fear. Laughter, maybe. If the Hulek does a "Hugh of Borg" and wars with his human self next week, I'll cry.

Oh and the Daleks already visited the Empire State Building - do we need to see it again? Admittedly only for 5 mins before but still...

Well..................... I've got to say that the Dalek Sec/Human hybrid looked better on the front of Radio Times!!! Other than that. Best episode of the series, so far.

A good but not great episode, just hope the Daleks are not going to be completely wiped out in this series

A shame they ruined the final reveal of the human dalek by having him on the front cover of the Radio Times.

Anyone going into a newsagent will have seen it. Sort of negated all the big calssical dramatic music when you know exactly what had happened.

It shows how the BBC are simply after getting the viewing figures rather than creating an experiecen for people otherwise they would have kept the human dalek totally under wraps. They managed to for last seasons finale when I didn't know the daleks were going to appear. It may have been in forums etc but not on the front of the Radio Times.

i think the daleks are better now .. they have the option to evolve and that is one of the most amazing things life can do ..

Scary human dalek at the end! Great episode.

The first 5 minutes in particular irked me - the 3rd consecutive episode with a supporting character being 'killed' (or seemingly killed) by an unknown threat at the beginning... a bit of orginality please.

Overall, it was OK. My favourite bit was the revelation of the human dalek personally - I thought it was well made/designed.

When is this, the 20th century?

I'd have been much happier if Radio Times hadn't shown me the hybrid in advance. I wonder if Daleks have always had the ability to open up their shells and blob out at people, sucking them inside - quite a neat trick!

i must be living under a ROCK. I hadn't seen it!

They still have newsagents in the 21st century, last time I checked!

If the Dalek Human is a hybrid then won't it have emotions as well as all that Dalek hate. Could be a problem trying to conquer the universe if you're in a good mood!

it had a very 60s style of episode feel .

wont have much of a future,

surely theres a reason the dalek needs its casing ?

best episode of this series for me yet though,
