That's cool if true. I'd rather him be some war damaged New Yoiker, than that weedy bloke from Corrie in the Ecclestone series.LOL

Well...the facts as we know them...

Immediately post-WWI in Manhatten we have a man who knew trench warfare which by a curious coincedence is the strategy the Kaled's ended up using to combat the Thals.

Dalek Sec's casing has curiously altered colour.

Diogoras is so obviously an anagram of sorts it's begging to be solved.

Davros was called on "to imagine" ways of helping the Daleks defeat enemies by using his biological sense over their logical brains.

If DS News is to be believed, DT mentions Davros next week (or there's a love scene between Sec and Talullah, depending on which is the least likely )

It's all pointing to an interesting direction for the Daleks...and might also explain their odd obsession with our own insignificant rock bearing in mind how many millions of planets there are in the cosmos...

Oh my GOD...Davros is half-human, the Doctor is half-human...is there anyone here who ISN'T half human?

Isnt that impossibe? Davros created the Daleks so it would be a total paradox for them to create him?

My head hurts

Actually it is possible although I dont believe it, he somehow realises that his new head is so heavy that his legs give way and he has to go into a half dalek for transport (well this statement is half true anyway).

He dalek sec can then travel in time back to the genesis of the daleks and create daleks, that is why they are so basic in form back then as he has built them from scratch.

Sorted.

The story behind how Davros has already been explained in Genesis of the Daleks. He was a Kaled who survived a Thal chemical attack and was left scarred and broken. So unless RTD wants to ignore the past history of the "wee wheelie man" then it can't be. The Kaleds were a humanoid race, not half Dalek to begin with. Having said all that RTD does seem to change things to suit

I love temporal paradoxes...if Sec becomes Davros and goes back to create the Daleks armed with the knowledge of all that's gone before then he won't need the 4th Doctor to tell him why the Daleks will fail which means TB could have an extra couple of days off from shooting

There is a good Big Finish Audio series that explains the origins of Davros (called"Davros" funnily enough)

Of course that is the story that Davros wanted everyone to believe.

I hate to be pedantic. But, It's called "I, Davros".

Does the anagram still work if you spell it correctly? The character is called "Mister Diagoras". I've just checked the credits again to make sure
