Andrew Lloyd Webber Appreciation Thread
Just thought i'd do something different.
One of the reasons why Any Dream Will Do (and HDSPLM before it) so successful is the entertainment that comes from ALW. His facial expressions are simply hilarious and make me chuckle every week. Not only that but he also is very talented and completly knows what he is talking about, I nearly always agree with who he saves in the singoff. He also seems to actually care about the contestants and their futures which is very different from the normal tv talent shows. So come on everyone... lets appreciate the Lord himself! You couldn't have a better track record. In all his decisions so far I have only disagreed with him once, and I was probably wrong. It's so good to see how seriously he takes the decision making too. I know that it's about money and he MUST take it seriously but it's also more than that. He is able to allow people to grow and develop too, and while we might like to see ouor favourites able to shine each week the songs are being carefully chosen to stretch them and find them out, which is good.

I always try to read his face at the end of each performance but i can never tell if he has liked it or not! He must be great at poker
![]() And i also think its great that he gives up so much of his time to give the Josephs guidance. You can tell he is really passionate about the show

Love his facial expressions and he and Graham Norton make an odd but very entertaining duo.
