Anthony.

(I don't hold him responsible for his girlfriend's behaviour )

I've had to rewatch Chris's exit song on youtube several times over.. Really moving - including the bit wear Ben lays his head on Chris's shoulder

Antony takes it off Chris C IMO. It actually brought tears to my eyes, whereas Chris' just made me feel all emotional. Maybe it's because he's been in it a bit longer, so therefore I feel like I 'know' him a bit better.

Chris was very dignified after last weeks tantrums and Mr Barrowman looked distraught.

Chris B!
I agree both Denise and John looked distraught.

Yes, Chris left with warmth and dignity and it looked like the panel and the other Josephs have a lot of affection for him. It was the most touching departure, in my opinion.

I thought Lewis and Keith both looked pretty upset. The other Josephs seemed to like him as did the pannel. I'm sure they'll miss him and I hope he makes it in the west end anyway.

I thought Chris Bs exit showed how professional he was . he came across as a really lovely person. it was obvious the the other Josephs really liked him.
I really warmed to him and hope he goes on to better things.

Can't believe I'm gonna say this but I think Chris C has still given the best final exit 'performance'! I thought Seamus and Rob gave great performances too, and Daniel was ok, though a few dodgy notes in there. But Chris Cs song just left me all goosebumpy (and i wasn't cold )

Do you have a link to the youtube video with chris cs exit as he's the only one I missed. The link on the first page just takes me to youtube main page

never mind i found it.

I agree actually. Maybe because it was the first one though and also because he sang so much better than his previous two songs.

It seems to have been removed

OK - time to resurrect this thread as we've had a few more exits. This moment of high drama way outclasses the twee exit on the Maria shows last year.

Watching them all again on youtube, for me the best exit so far was Johndeep. His sad little face, the wonderful tone to his voice, sad parents shots and the near-blub at the end.

Second choice is Craig. Such dignity!

Chris B - I'd thought on the night that he would loose it when he left (tears before bedtime!) but he proved me totally wrong and I loved his dignified performance.

But also have to say IMO all of the guys have done a great exit performance, they all proved they COULD HAVE BEEN JOSEPH.

I liked Seamus leaving...purely for the comedy value

At the time I loved Chris C's exit but i think thats because it was the first one and i thought it was so harsh and horrible for them to do that!

Have you noticed that when Rob leaves, he starts singing "poor, poor joseph..."? awww

My favourite so far is probably Craig

lol I just had to watch it again. awww (tho think he's actually about to start his close every door part early!) love the little wink he gives about 10 seconds in and the extra arm on the shoulder from Lewis after the coat is taken. Poor Rob. Poor all of them in fact. All those last songs have been good for high emotion factor (apart from Seamus which had more of a drama queen factor). Don't think I'd cope with Benny boy having to sing that one

I think Daniel's exit was the best one, really bought a lump to my throat. I have no idea how I'll cope when the next one goes, probably be a blubbing wreck. Especially if its Lee or Ben.

Anyone know how I can edit this thread to Best exit for all so far?

Have I left it too late?

hmm too late to edit. so either try your luck with asking the mods or start a new thread?

or wait till after this week or the following week and start a new one, maybe with a poll?

I think a poll is a good idea. After the winner is chosen. Would keep us occupied as we celebrate or cry into our tea.

Poll is good idea (although I will be crying into my tea whoever wins )

I thought Craig was very dignified and brave on Sat, especially the little smile at the end.

Probably a silly question but will we not see the winner sing close every door? (on the programme that is, not the show!)
