02 Monthly Contract Ending soon
Hi

I am just about to enter into the start of 12th month of a 12 month contract with 02

How do I officially give notice to quit ? can it be done over the phone or must it be by written notice to a specifc address ?

ive got an 02 online tariff, but have to ring and tell them. i wish i had quit as i now want to go on 3 network, but am in month 2 of my new 18mth contract!!!
