i can imagine it all being chelsea actually. Dean is very easily lead and quite gullibul at times (im quite easily lead aswell) so i can see how he deals with it.

Yeh - he really has a lot of reasons to hate Sean and due to this being the only opportunity to be the bigger guy, he has to take it

If the police find out they were lying then they are both in BIG trouble...plus the person who actually hit Patrick over the head is getting away with it! What if the next person they hit dies?

My guess is when Patrick recovers he says it wasn't Sean.

Why does Deano hate Sean so much

Because he's a nasty bloke and he wants better for his sister. He hates the way Sean always mugs him off too. It all started when Deano slept with Stacey and Sean gave him what for when he found out.


What does he want to achieve?

Basically he wants to split up Carly and Sean, if he dont do that he'll just do his best to try and get one over on Sean.


So far he's not been much of a match for Sean has he?

I don't think he's quite in Sean's league! Deano's like the coyote in Road Runner. He throws a stick of dynamite at Sean and it always misses and Sean just runs past him going 'Beep Beep!' Deano's a bit too slow for Sean.


That's because he's basically a nice guy!

He is. Deano gets on with everyone. He has no enemies other than Sean. Yet he really hates him! When he went after him with that plank of wood he meant to hurt him.


That sort of obsession could get out of control....

Lets just say Deano's got in him to be dangerous. Don't be surprised if he gets in a car and drives Sean off a cliff!


In fact he might not need to....Instead he tries to get Sean arrested right?

Yes! But in his defence he does believe Sean did the crime.....


What crime's that?

Patrick's attacked at the Minute Mart and it's pretty bad - he could be brain damaged. Chelsea and Deano find him and tell the police they saw the attacker, namely Sean.


Did they actually see Sean do it?

No....but Chelsea and Deano are so out to get Sean they'd believe anything they want to.


Has Deano doubts that Sean did it?

Sean tells Carly he didn't do it, that he found Patrick unconscious and ran off as he thought he's be blamed. Carly believes Sean and Stacey does too.....

I can understand why Deano has been so wound up by Sean but I hope they dont make Deano too dangerous. I quite like Deano being the big softie who is quite centered around his family, a bit vulnerable a bit screwed up but in a different way to Sean. Still quite adolescent in a way. Yes he does need to grow up .But not become a Dangerous or bad lad or become another Mickey or Gus.

Yeh he needs to be kept in the middle of both of them. I doubt he would ever become as vicious as Sean

It would be nice to see tiny snippets of what characters like Deano get up to when they are not in the middle of a crisis. He was going to get fit again. (before a crisis) do it and show it. Show him and Bradley fooling around with Bradleys play station. Show him going out on the pull with Mickey and Gus as they are all single again now. Deano doesnt have to be successful. nor do we need to see an evening of it just a few seconds to see him as a normal 19/20 year old . Rather than just hanging out in his local.

yeah thats a good idea about what they do when they arent in a crisis. Was the interview from Soaplife?

It was nice to see Deano talking to Bradley and those Mitchell girls yesterday rather than only interacting with his family.

Yeh Deano needs to spend more time with his mates, glad he is doing so

Loved it last night when Deano was gawping over Roxy and Ronnie and Bradley was like "Yeah you've got no chance!" then Roxy winked at him again in the Vic and Bradley was like "How do you do that?" lol

I haven't seen last nights - will watch it in the omnivus. I did see Deano thanking God in the trailer for it though

yeah they have a good chemisty. They work really well together, even though Deano did sleep with his girlfriend. i thought it was good that Deano didnt talk to his family either. He needs time away from them lol. Deano and bradley should become a double act like Garry and Minty
