would you hire any of them ?

I love the show, and in previous years there have always been a few characters who have obviously been picked for comedy value, but this lot..........................where do I start ?

On top of the usual round of Bullshit Bingo we have to sit through each week, whilst the 'Brainstorming' process gets underway, we are now faced with some of the contestants conducting their office romances in the full view of the cameras.

Is it just me, or are most of them really pretty hopeless ?

In the past, a few mistakes would happen, and often the planning was iffy, but this lot seem to be hell-bent on a kind of Kamikaze mission to look like fools.

some of my favourites to date :

Lets put an 'eclipse' shape on the top of each coffee, to build brand loyalty ..........................................this is a one-day task folks, they are not going to be back looking for you tomorrow.

we plan on making 1000 cups of coffee, so lets see, that's
1000 x 10 oz cups, half milk, minus froth..................right, we need 12,000 gallons of milk please....

Natural orange lollies..... they'll go down well with the mums. Look a bit boring on their own though, don't they.......better chuck in a couple of hundredweight of midget gems and some dolly mixtures......

And another thing ---------are some of them lying about their ages ?
they are the oldest looking 20/30 somethings I have seen in a good while.

I think Katie might be worth employing. I know the relationahip is unprofessional but she has good ideas, can work as a PM without being argumentative like Tre or Jadine. (Although both great entertainment.)

Katie has obvious leadership qualities, is spirited, decisive and good with people. So far, she is the one I would hire. Others I would need to see more of, to make a decision.

I'd hire Adam.

I'd hire Lohit, Jadine or Tre for the comedy value...

tre is probably the only one who is employable in any serious manner

one or two receptionists, the rest in the mail-room sorting the post.

except Ghazell, complete waste of oxygen

I'd hire Jadine and Ghazell, purely as eye-candy though.

I might hire Tre as well to annoy colleagues i disliked.

I liked Katie at the start but now she's starting to irritate me with her vendetta against Adam for some bizarre reason. Kristina is one that looks more all rounded so far and finds it easy to manage Tre which I find quite surprising!

I like Simon's manner, we need to get him as project manager to see his real colours, but i think he could possibly be the winner.

Simon looks good at the moment but he hasn't had a prominent enough role yet to stand out. I agree that he needs to be PM one week to show he's good enough.

But that's what the winners do.

They sit back and allow the characters or good television candidates to storm in, take charge, or at least try to, fail, and be sacked.

This not only gets rid of them early and allow that person to settle in to the show, it also means when the difficult characters have gone, they dont have to manage them, meaning their job as PM is easier as you can focus on the task and not your team.

He's played it how i would play it so far. Keeping back away from confrontation, build you own opinions of the team members and work as hard as possible offering opinions and not being that bothered if they are taken on board or not.

The guy is a winner, i think he's the right person in terms of his personality, or what has been shown so far, and he has the right education to succeed at Amstrad as well.

I'd employ Adam, been consistently good IMHO, and I think Trey for his no-nonsense opinions. Yes he's outspoken, but he wouldn't have an agenda and I wouldn't have to watch my back permanently unlike if I hired Katie.

I like Simon he's a good team player but like NightHawk123 said he needs to be a PM one week to prove he is capable of leading but he is a good team player with no malice in him towards the others.

Adam and Tre both have the spark and I think if Adam was a bit more upbeat and Tre calmed it down a bit they would both be good

Kristina is the most promising of the girls although she's made some serious errors of judgement

Simon and Paul perhaps.
