I think Adam is the shrewd, no nonsence kind of guy that SAS is looking for. there are no pretentions about him, he's a solid, hardworking guy who has proved himself to be a team player as well as capable of leading a team.

Katie is such a sloan ranger wannabe, and frankly sums up everything that is wrong with a particular demographic of todays society, ie the faux-posh, public school ponces who think the world owes them a living.

I think Adam is only being negative cause he has witnessed some stupid decisions and is fed up with some of the people there. Katie should have gone but she didnt go into the boardroom cause she is Natalies friend and thats ridiculous. Adam is the scapegoat, he didnt do great last week but he doesnt deserve to be picked on which is exactly what is happening. Id rather have a coffee with Adam than Tre. Not everyone can be all hyper and smiley but it doesnt mean they are negative. But anyway...Simon to win

yes, we've picked him out as the potential winner here too. He's involved in everything, yet is also part of the background, i think he'll go far.

I don't know how he sells. I really don't.

He does come across as putting a downer on a positive atmosphere.
I can understand how he annoys some of them, but I think that they should try to not let it get to them too much.

But...I don't know how he sells anything. He's a car salesman as well. But watching him schmoozing in the art gallery I'm convinced that I could sell more than him and I'm not a salesperson.

Sir Alan thought that Adam's £9.50 for those awful lips was the true value
So did I.

Couldn't agree more. Whatever people think of him as a person, he was the one person on the team who did the job he was asked to, and also made two sales. Natalie shot herself in the foot by taking him back into the boardroom, and let herself be governed by her dislike of Adam. If she had been more objective, she would perhaps have taken Katie back in. Katie was a big lot of useless in that task - although she herself clearly thinks she was wonderful.

Of course the other team had a lucky escape by not getting the 'lips' photographer, who was a complete prima donna and wouldn't even disclose her client list to them.

And despite his reservations, he always throws his all into the task as we witnessed tonight.

Katie clearly has class-related issues about him. She also has some pretty serious personal issues that she needs to address. Going on camera & wishing Adam dead was appalling. Very unpleasant. How can anyone work with someone that reacts to situations in such an extreme manner?

Adam really has to watch it. They keep dragging him back to the board room, hoping Sir Alan will get fed-up of seeing him. That's why Margaret's interventions were so welcome. She spotted the dishonesty behind the motives of many of the others.”

Spot on post mate, exactly what i came in here to post about that lad.

Yes, very good post.

Hopefully Katie will be pulled up for those comments when she appears on You've been fired!

I also agree with the comments about Simon doing well based on his performances so far.

I completely agree. I was really shocked when Katie said that - a bit of Katie's true colours coming out there I think.

Adam is a grafter - he was given a job to do, and he did it. I have got no sympathy for Natalie, because it was plain vindictiveness that made her bring him back into the boardroom. If she had thought about it logically she would have realised that he was not going to be fired, as he did arguably the best job out of everybody on the team.

I would love to see Adam and Katie back in the boardroom together at the end one episode - and Katie to get fired. Her face would be priceless!

I'm glad that Margaret stuck up for Adam on a number of occasions.

I like Adam, is it negativity or just being cautious. In the end he got results last night when others failed.

He's probably the most normal person there.

I'm so pleased he's building up a bit of a fan base on here, as i've liked him more and more as the series has gone on and really want him to be allowed to lead and to stick out more (in a good way) when the loudest and more useless of the others have been fired.

Katie played her like a fool. Just as she's got that posh guy under her thumb, she's also got most of the woman eating out of her hands. Natalie didn't bring Adam back into the boardroom, Katie did, it was her will, and didn't Natalie realise how much she'd been played until seeing Katie's comments about her on 'you're fired' afterwards. It all dawned on her, which inevitably means SAS was right, she was weak and out of her depth as she was led quite clearly up the garden path.

Adam won't tow in to Katie, and that's why she finds it hard to deal with him. She can't take he has no extra respect for her, and from the off couldn't win him over as he's too one track minded in terms of getting the job done, and she cannot distract him to fail, so is using everyone else she can to try and undermine him, his work and his personality. He's not actually grumpy or bringing people down, that's Katie's words, and anyone who repeats them has also been wrapped round her little finger, including viewers calling him so.

I would like to see them part and Adam go to the other team and both of them be the project leader for one task against each other, Katie would then realise how good Adam actually is when she's fired for not actually doing anything bar talking a lot and having a stupidly big nose.

I hope SAS mixes up the teams again so Adam doesn't have to work with Katie.

After a slow start, I am really warming to Adam, and *really* disliking Katie. I am sick to death of all her snidey "car salesman" jabs, as if that sort of job is very low down on the scale of good jobs to do.

She was only saved a firing yesterday by Natalie getting the 2 people back in the boardroom who didn't deserve it. Adam who acquitted himself well the whole episode and Lohit who made a presentation error with the labels (which wouldn't have even been picked up had the Lips artist been so sniffy).

And Katie saying she hoped he got run over.... well, that just beggars belief.

Katie is so smarmy. She obviously hates Adam. I think he did well on that task last night.

I found his reception, when he came back to the house, very cold. I felt like everyone was sneering at him, no wonder he might come across as a bit sad when he has to put up with that. Is there anyone on his side or are they all in Katie's shadow.

She is like the head-girl and I think the rest see him as cannon foder, if they all stick together they can get rid and save one of their ar...s.

Come on Adam, I hope Katie goes before you - priceless.

Tre is okay with Adam - he treats him with the same level of contempt that he treats everyone with!

Headgirl, aye, about sums it up.

Hope Adam out lasts her too.

End of the day, she's becoming the hate figure of the series, her actions will last out for a long time especially when applying for jobs once she's booted out of here, which make me hope she stays in a little longer, just as the nation can hate her some more.

I hope Adam does well, in my opinion he's one of the strongest contenders and he doesn't deserve the treatment he's been getting from some of the others.

Employers aren't gonna care one bit whether she is a hate figure or not when hiring somebody. If she doesn't win, she'll probably go back to the job she came from. Even if she doesn't, no employer is gonna not hire her because she was disliked. This is business and if she has the skills that they want, they'll hire her.
