I thinks she's quite talented, especially at presenting, but she doesn't always seem to try - as in Tre's gardening task, for instance, where I think she believed that she and Paul could do sweet FA and, if they lost, Tre would take the rap.
I think she's really keen to win, and sees Adam as her key competition - based on the kind of 'working-class grafters' SAS has picked before. That's why, IMO, she's been quick to play up his 'negative' persona, which he probably has some elements of but which is not as great a weakness as some of the characteristics she could highlight among other competitors.
She seems quite smart and reasonably able, though I'm not sure how good she is at having ideas. Her main problem is that she's made her issues with Adam so obvious – all the camera footage must be seen by SAS, Nick and Margaret.
If she'd just kept dripping the poison about 'Adam's negativity' into the other competitors' ears, and ensured in this way that he was a boardroom regular (instead of launching into her scary hit-and-run diatribe), she might have picked him off without anyone recognising her as the assassin. Now I think her card is marked.
