I agree, Gerri and Sophie should have gone but not Natalie! It was surely Adam's turn this week and if Sophie was not in the boardroom last week, he would have gone! AND LOHIT! Who? some might say...

My final 6 who i want and also predict...

They should know their place - as secretaries and housewives / mothers. Can't have people like Natalie doing MBAs and getting above themselves, can we?

Because they all deserve it? Don't forget Ift and Andy are 2 males that have also been fired. Natalie deserved to go IMO. She made a big mistake not bringing Katie into the boardroom as that might have helped her survival but Adam wasn't the reason why they lost the task. It was the decisions that Natalie made in choosing the expensive lips paintings and not giving a hard enough sell.

Agree. She was foolish not to have taken the opportunity to oust Katie.

Natalie deserved to go, plain and simple. Adam is a strong contender. Why shouldn't he fire the women if they are crap?

Because the first 3 to go were all men, so I think Donald decided to cut down on the girls to make it more equal.

Oh yeah, almost forgot about tory boy Rory. But who's Donald? It's Sir Alan Sugar that fires the candidates!

Yes, I think Donald might have got spooked at the prospect of being taken over by women!

It's not a matter of "turns". Last year Jo survived 3 visits to the boardroom, Syed 4. The previous year Paul survived 4 and was only fired because of the interview round.

Adam did just about everything right this week. Natalie should have listened to him.

So far we've lost 3 boys and 3 girls so it's about equal.

So it's ok to fire three men but not ok to fire three women.

I call that double standards.

I thought Natalie was a contender but out she went. I do think a woman will win in Naomi so lets not be to worried.

Oh and I'd plough Natalie for a month...

All of the candidates fired so far have deserved it:

Andy could manage
Ifti's heart wasnt in it
Rory was an abysmal leader
Gerri got a rollocking on the location mistake, and then did it again
Sophie couldnt and possibly wouldnt sell

Natalie deserved it the least of these, but made some big mistakes to..

Its nothing to do with sex

How was it Adam's turn? He did the jobs he was given, and he made two sales. Katie sold nothing, and she only took Adam back into the boardroom out of sheer vindictiveness. I don't think SAS is bothered about the gender of the person he fires, just whether or not they are who he wants working for them.

Why was it?! Adam was one of the strongest this week who was only brought back because of personal issues... Natali if she could do it again knowing what she knows now, Katie would have been brought back.

you can say all you want, and im not disagreeing that Adam did better this week, because he did but there is NO WAY ON THIS EARTH he will win mark my words

I don't think I have said I think he will win... but he really didn't deserve to be in the boardroom this week, whatever you think of him or his overall chances.

Natalie deserved to go because she was letting a personal issue affect her judgement. That is wrong, pure and simple. In order to succeed, one must be detached and learn from one's mistakes, unless of course one has the right connections and in that case one can do anything one flipping well chooses.

Natalie was responsible for her own downfall. She, like many of the other contenders, seems to have a problem with Adam. Yet, Adam did everything asked of him this week and in my view did it well. Lohit didn't register in my radar and I was baffled as to why she took him with her into the boardroom because to me he had made no serious judgement errors or mistakes that I could see. Katie on the other hand, what can I say? If Natalie had picked Katie to come with her, Katie would have been in the taxi instead of her. It was misguided loyalty and a bad management decision not to pull up Katie. That's why she's gone.

I think she took Lohit back in to the boardroom because she didn't want to take her 'friend' Katie in, and she didn't want to take Simon in, because he had made a sale. She took Adam in out of sheer vindictiveness, and it served her right that SAS fired her. I bet she wouldn't take him back in if she had the chance again.

Sir Alan probably would like to c an all male final btw Tre & Adam

I find it amazing how so many of the group are so nasty about Adam, especially some of the women. I think they're very threatened by him and as far as I can see is the strongest contender.

Compared to him on the art task, everybody was p*ss balling around and tip-toeing round the artists. He was the only one who seemed bothered about the business side of things which is surely what The Apprentice is all about. He certainly didn't deserve to be in the boardroom this week.
