Ray Quinn vs. Jordin Sparks
In the battle of the 'You'll Never Walk Alone's.
![]() Ray's version: http://youtube.com/watch?v=0VGmj1ctFMo Jordin's version: http://youtube.com/watch?v=pdEMsYNpNAM For me, this just brings us the question of how in the hell did Ray manage to get to the final? I know, I know, the public put him there but public - what were you thinking?

Definitely Jordin's version. IMO it just highlights how weak Ray's version really was.

Listened to both- No comparison compared to Ray, Jordin Sparks is in a class of her own she is outstanding and amazingly good. Ray can barely hold his own.

Jordin is in a league of her own. Vocally, emotionally and performance wise she beats Ray hands down.

I'm afraid I didn't like Jordin's much as I think it was far too twirly. The best version of this is still in the context of the original musical. All other versions pale in comparison to its true meaning in the context of the show.
I don't really see much difference between Ray's and Jordin's in terms of the impact they had on me. Except to say, I think the song meant more to Ray than it did to Jordin and that can mean a lot to an audience. |

I like Jordin and I liked her version of YNWA.
Ray's performance of YNWA was emotionally packed for obvious reasons and I think it was very moving. For me Ray's version just edges it. Before you say it, well, I would say that... a) as a Red b) as a Scouser c) as a Ray supporter

I think Scowell should be castrated for bringing Ray back and "changing the rules" to suit him when he wanted an extra finalist or whatever game he was playing at that day.
Ray is utter utter dire cheesy drivel. Awful beyond any wrods in the English language or even tweenie text speak. |

Jordin's had decent vocals (albeit slightly affected by her emotions) and she delivered a great moving performance IMO. |

Is it me or does anyone else think Jordin's parents could not spell and meant to put Jordan on the birth certificate instead?
