Is it just me (and all my mates and family) who think this?

The standard in this show has been amazing. Better than so many shows of this genre.

The 'last' song sends goosebumps up my spine.

But truely, all 'they have been in show's before', etc aside, I just cannot see anyone else coping.

I think the final will be Lee and Daniel (I am routing for Dan btw.....but love Rob and Lee) sadly Rob does not look like Joseph, which is what we are all voting for. But he is fab.

So Daniel to win for me, but boy, there is talent in this show.

Daniel and Lee yes. The rest are either not talented enough (Craig, Ben etc) or not suitable enough however talented (like Kieth and Rob)

Personally I'd like Keith to be there in the final with Dan and Lee. He isn't suitable at all for Joseph but he has really talented with a fantastic voice.

Lee and Daniel will almost certainly be in the final - and I'd like to see Rob there, not sure if he will be though!

Watching Lee and Daniel tonight I just thought..that is the two.

I have a soft spot for Rob though....he is very good. Just not Joseph.

I think Lee and Daniel have to be in the final because over the three shows, for me, they've just outclassed the others and are consistently good performers.

The third place is a lot more open though, Rob seems quite likely but thats probably as much to do with his 'story' as anything else and this will become less important as the weeks go on I think.

For me Lee and Daniel all the way - not sure about the third but I think Lewis and keith are improving. I think there will be a shock though at some point and either lee or daniel will go. Cannot see them both making it as I think people may not vote for them cos they think they are safe.

One thing about this show is that the judges don't reaaly slate any of the contestants (not to the extentof cowell et al) and as such we don't get the reactionary vote. Which helps keep things in balance.

Does everyone else really see Daniel as Joseph? ... he's great, but I don't think this is the role for him ... Lee would be much better surely?

I'd like to see Keith do well, although I think he's probably not Joseph, Lewis is growing on me, and I think Seamus would have been a fab Joseph.

ETA ... Rob creeps me out ... cannot see him as Joseph at all, he looked so lecherous singing Pretty Woman this evening ...

Lee and Daniel for sure. Unsure of the third person though. Either Keith or Lewis may get there. But Lee and Daniel would make a great Final.

Ok, maybe I should have asked why? ... I do like Daniel, I just don't get him for the Joseph role ... I guess I just don't think he has the subtlety ... so what is it about Daniel that makes him Joseph for you?

To be honest, as soon as i saw him perform that very first live show, i was hooked. He gave me goosebumps and i loved the interaction he had with the Josephine.

Imo, he also has the looks, stage presence and acting ability required to make a perfect Joseph, and his performance tonight was outstanding.

Finally he has an amazing voice and i happened to find his myspace where he has a few recordings, and now its constantly playing on my pc. I've never even heard most of them before, but i love them all.

And the fact that he looks pretty damn hot in a suit or equally in a loin cloth is also a plus

I guess I agree with everything you say ... and I do believe he's great, but still not for Joseph, at least not while Lee's still around! ... guess I just don't get goosebumps from him ... arogance is the wrong word, but from the songs I've seen him do so far I don't see him doing the humility of Joseph.

I think Daniel would be a much more quirky and fun choice as Joseph - I think it's the smile that does it.
Lee seems a lot more obvious somehow and rather too serious.

Quirky's probably right ... I guess he would just be a very different from how I imagine Joseph ... I guess I probably think of a more serious Joseph ... he was the good one of the brothers ... still, I guess if Deniel was Joseph I could easily see how his brothers would want to sell him into slavery!

I think Daniel has the best voice. But for some reson I can't quite put my finger on, I just don't like him. I don't know if it's the way he comes across to me, a bit smarmy, a bit too earnest.

Lee is Joseph for me. As soon as he sang the first week I was hooked. He has stage presence and magnetism, great charisma and he draws the eye.

I disagree. I think the exact opposite. Lee's good and not exactly chopped liver (despite the 70s footballer hair) but I see Daniel far more as Joseph in terms of looks and having the stage presence to carry off a lead role. Lee's performances come across as apologetic when they shouldn't at all.

When Daniel is performing, I want to look and listen. When Lee is performing, I do look and listen but I always have the feeling that I could easily walk away. He just doesn't draw me into his performances in the same way. I guess it's all about charisma, magnetism and that elusive thing you can't put your finger on and Lee, for all his talent, is missing that desperately for me.

That's kind of how I see it too ... I don't dislike him personally for it, it just doesn't seem to be Joseph to me ...

I guess I feel that Lee has that magnetism without having to try too hard. I get drawn into his performances partly because he's underplaying it. Daniel does draw me in, but I can see that he's trying to do that ... I guess I haven't seen Daniel doing the subtler songs just yet ... I could easily change my mind yet ... and I can see Daniel inducing the envy that fuels his brothers' hatred of him!
