Anthony (dreadful out of tune performance of patience - made me cringe) and Seamus. Not the worst tonight and probably shouldn't have been in the bottom two - but not brilliant.

Seamus? Even if he is an arrogant git - he is miles ahead of Craig and Ben

Offering another opinion... I thought Seamus was one of the best tonight and thought he was far more emotional than Ben. I could see watery eyes in both but I felt it much more with Seamus. But there we go.

I don't think the performance in the sing-off really influences ALW's decision all that much. Obviously he's supposed to save the one who sings best in the sing-off but he probably makes a general decision on who would make the better Joseph.

Anthony couldn't hit the notes in Patience at all and he wasn't in time with the music.
But then when he did the final song he has a fantastic voice so perhaps he picked the wrong song. Patience has alot of high notes and he has a very deep voice. He has a better voice than Keith (who I still find mumbly), Craig, Lewis and Ben. Still who knows the phone company probably already picked the winner in week one and we're just paying for their cars and holidays while they entertain us. I doubt anybody but family and friends are voting anyway as nobody in their right mind would believe a tv phone company again. |

Antony going tonight, right choice tbh. He's been out of tune for the last three weeks. Good choice to let him sing Patience, as it finally showed the voting public how out of tune he is.
Seamus going, INSTEAD of Ben - wtf?! Seamus said he thought of conspiracy theory. Well, Ben STILL being in this show - I certainly agree with Seamus. Last edited by Boom Head Shot : 29-04-2007 at 00:11. |

I think you must be the only person that saw that, as to me and a majority of others he just belted out the song and felt that was all he had to do to beat Ben, as he hardly showed a blink of emotion. He did not do what ALW asked for and that was his downfall, his complete arrogance. |

Also the fact that he forgot his words in the acting bit probably contributed to his downfall. Someone of his age and experience should have been word perfect.
