My point is she could instead have said what she did well like Adam rather than trying to point out somebody else's problems like Natalie!
I like the candidates who fight for themselves without slating everybody else! Tim is a perfect example, he refused to be drawn into finger pointing and would calmly state what he had done well and why he shouldn't be fired!
This is why I like Adam more each week! He focuses on talking about himself and his abilities rather than what other people are doing or not doing (although I agree with Katie that he is a sapper!
It annoys when they think they don't need to have done anything well as long as they can drop someone else in it!
