Can I port a new mobile number?
I just bought a Vodafone sim from ebay, will I be able to port this number to o2 without any problems? e.g. not topping up the vodafone sim first etc.

As long as you register it in your name first then it should not be a problem!

A gold number is something like 07000 111 222 some people are very bad at remembering numbers so like an easy number to remember.
