I reminded him of the performance of the series, emotion-wise...... This Is The Moment When Craig sang and we watched the transformation happen, he had all but the stony hearted in tears. The judges too. Amazing, and his voice was just incredible ! He has such a rare talent to make people feeeeel when he sings and he is definitely worth a risk. His singout was the best performed emotion wise as well and again he stirred such feeling in people; pride and honour as he sang! Lets hope he takes Craig under his wing, teaches him all he knows, and makes him a star

Trixie - agree with what you've said and will look up the link to Bill Kenwright and add a few thoughts!

Will continue to support Craig through this next stage - he brimmed with confidence on Saturday (even although I had to watch it on Sunday as we had a long standing event on. Bit of bad timing or what!). I'm pleased for Lee and his fans that he has won - he will do well. Some of the others are bound to succeed too.

But saying that, I'll just be pleased to hear what Craig is going to make of the opportunity. He has already said in one interview that it has changed his life - Fantastic for him and I know there are many fans out there who will support him.

Have to say - this is the first time I have got involved with a thread online. Its been great fun and my other half says it is much cheaper than being on EBay (or so he thinks! )

Good to see Craig looking so happy though. Hopefully some good news about him soon.....please........

Craig's great, i really like him. Seems like a nice guy. And i love his accent lol-the way he says Joseph - "josif" (i'm scottish i can get away with it) its just so sweet!

my favourite craig moment was Do You Love Me, he just looked so excited and i loved his dancing! He was one that i'd really hoped would be in the final

He was in his element wasn't he when he sang "Watch me noww- Hey !!" phwoar. He can dance with me anytime. I just adore the Scottish accent kiki, and the way he says Joseph made me go all necessary too lol.

Yes, I think he comes over as very decent and grounded. However, he'll need nerves of steel to succeed - but being a Scot (apologies, also have to admit to bias here ) he's following a long tradition of great entertainers!

I think we are coping quite well considering aren't we, even with the lack of news about Craig lately. Its now a daily ritual of mine checking for any Craig news. I'm so pleased you've joined the thread btw. Hubby will be pleased you've got a 'free' hobby (I won't tell if you don't )

I wonder if Bill has read my email yet ?? pmsl. As if. He must be one of the busiest men in the whole country with the amount of things he's got going on. Still worth a try though isn't it. You never know, we could just reinforce the feelings he had about Craig which is a good thing for the future. Or better still, he may actually have something planned already !

From what I remember, I think they are under contract to the BBC until the show finishes. Don't know how long it takes for info on new work to come out. Suspect that we'll hear it on this thread pretty quickly unless I'm wrong about some of the posts.

Also wanted to say that one of the good things about this thread is that it is all good humoured . I 'jumped ship' into some of the other threads recently (sheer nosiness) and thought that some folks were way out of line. Not my scene at all.

Perhaps now he has a bit more time, he'll come online and tell us himseslf!

Take no notice on the other threads. They're supporting their man and jokes fly about. Nothing too nasty I hope, but on the whole its done with humour. You'll soon spot the posters who only wish to antagonise and they're not worth bothering about or talking to. DS has its fair share of trolls (who loved to cause upsets) but the majority are nice people. And of course, there's wonderful people like us lot

Couldn't agree more - seem to be a few who inhabit 'grumpy world' (we all know a few). I just think its rich criticising these lads who had been chosen from a huge pool of auditions. They were ALL talented - albeit some more than others, and yes, some performances could do with improvement, but for me that was the fun of the show. Just watching how the coaches and teachers worked to improve their skills - in such a short time. (bet they'll miss the shows now!) I've almost forgiven them for knocking Craig down with the 'C' word every week - not very creative in their comments, were they?

Anyway, also got me thinking - not enough time for the full '10 years younger' overhaul, will have to make do with post-swim drowned look for now

I know, its laughable when people treat these guys the same as the Pop Idol or Big Brother wannabes seeking instant fame. Considering their hard work leading up to even entering this contest they've all proved worthy and deserve respect imo. They've all worked towards their goal haven't they. Nobody just suddenly thought "ooh, I think I'll be a West End star" and got to the final did they ! No, they had to work for it and beat 10,000 other applicants for their chance. I love them all stashy I do I'm so grateful they did this show - I have been suckered in hook, line and sinker \o/ Aw, we shall be at a loss this weekend won't we? I will try the Britains Got Talent show and go from there. Won't be a patch on this though - seeing Craig week after week getting better and better was a wonderful ride and I loved it

Am not sure at the moment what my next TV guilty pleasure will be, but I sure will miss the show.

Will keep watching the thread for news and info and stay off the spending - well... might have to go and buy some spray for the dog, but that's another story.

I've got a bitch and we had to spray her in the end - but the little devils still came a sniffing when were out. Luckily she's quite the prude, so if they got too near anything important she wasn't having any of it ! That's my girl

Not that problem- unfortunately Our boy dog is a bit over the top and is not very friendly out on walks (unlike his owners, of course). Now use 'corrector' spray - which is totally harmless - but makes him behave. Its great - in fact so good, it must have other uses methinks...

Loved 'that moment' too - especially seeing his reactions to the comments from the judges.

Loved his style too - the way he took all the criticism and used it to improve. That takes some guts.

Loved the way he sailed through the tasks - even although they didn't use the video on the show.

Just seeing that little list gets my heart racing again !

The Barricades mission however, we did see. And he is the one the Les Mis guys would have selected along with Ben to be a leading man Craigs was 'the most believable battle' and wow he sung it out loud and proud at the end \o/

That is one of my very favourite moments when John Barrowman talks, his voice cracks because he is feeling such emotion after Craig sang it so brilliantly \o/ Then next favourite? Andrew Lloyd Webber calling him "Phenomenal!!" Oh I did squeal Listening to TITM through my headphones sends me to la la land. I just adore his voice - it really is something wonderful. Wow. His tone is perfectomundo - so so rich and every single word is clear. Someone better give this man a break soon - he's going to make them a fortune! Watching that performance again, Craig did deserve a place in the final. He is as good as Lee and Keith with vocal consistency and that TITM performance was better than any of them on final night. Yes he was indeed.

Downside? was when Zoe mentioned the C word (how could she after that eh??) and the licky lips and you see Bill's hand tugging her sleeve; he whispers "tell him the good stuff!" in an almost pleading way to stop her bursting his bubble and bringing every down (she was good at that actually) But then JB turned it round and lifted the mood back up where it should've been. Love you Cap'n Jack for that. He knew exactly what Craig was feeling and what he needed, which was to be accepted.
