As you all know, DREAM ON is officially released into the chart on monday and this week and next week is a crucial time for myself and all the guys careers. If the album does well then who knows what it could lead to for the group.

When we met with Bill on Sunday he stressed how important it was that we get as much airtime on the radio as possible. He said that we should all try and get our regional radio stations attention and backing to play the tracks of DREAM ON and RUN TO ME.

After reading ROSEHILL's post, it occured to me that if everyone as a collective effort emailed as many stations as possible then it would surely grab the attention of some of them and they might play the songs more.

What do you all think about this? Would someone be up for organising it?

Of course we can Craig, I'll get straight onto it. What a great guy to ask us for our help. Glad you feel you can ask us. All the best for the next weeks, really hoping that your success just carries on and on. Dream on...

And me. If we could get email addresses for the BBC, we should all mail there, then perhaps each try our local stations?

With that and the message from Craig, it looks like this means they're hoping for the long term. A tour looks really likely everyone

pmsl ! guilty concience

I'm thinking of the best way we can do this - obviously theres a LOT of radio stations to contact and one thing that would make Craig stand out from the crowd would be for us all to hammer at the same station at the same time. But that's not physically possible, so two ideas:

A) We split into teams based on region and do local attacks in a smaller groups, picking 5 or so a day to keep emailing

B) or we have a list of Radio Stations to each follow in order one by one, and that will mean we will need to do more work, but it's by special request so it's more of a mission. The emails should then keep trickling in this way

The choice is ours - we decide

Has anyone any other ideas how best to do this - and we need to get on with it asap really If we only attack our local stations singly, I don't think we'll have as much impact. I vote for option B unless someone has a better way of doing it ?

I'm contacting all the Welsh Radio Stations I can think of with this meassage.
"Please take note of the following link and play tracks from Dream on out next Monday starring Craig Chalmers and Friends
http://www.thestage.co.uk/news/newss...-boy-band-with
It is released to coincide with a Concert at The Palladium in London on 17th Feb 7.30
Since Any Dream Will Do finished on the BBC last May all the Josephs have gone on to star in various shows.
Lee Mead of course. Craig Chalmers has been starring in the touring version of the show and has had sell out performances and standing ovations all over the country.
Please give him and the other Josephs a boost by playing their new CD. It's really worth a listen."
steve.barnes@swanseasound.co.uk
carrriemosley@thewave.co.uk
and Radio Wales.
I'm sure there are more.
Glad to be able to do something to help.

To whom it may concern, I did mean Craig posting on here.

If I didnt source info from all over the place, the Joseph board would dry up, as not many people post but loads read it. Sometimes it feels a thankless task and I wonder why I bother.

Regular fans are always pleased to hear what old and new cast members are up to.

I know of two women who have seen Joseph over 500 times !!!!!!!!!!

So please feel free to post any messages on

http://tansjosephboard.*********46.com/index.cgi

and share all the Craig goodness. (Kenwright and his company often have a look in)

You are finding a lot

It seems the best way to contact is through the DJ's page whilst on air. The web addresses for Essex are

www.essexonline@bbc.co.uk
www.essexfm.co.uk

And London stations

Just one thing - if you put all the addresses in a BCC on the email then you can just send one and it will go to everyone without them knowing it's gone to anyone else. This would save us all time. So if we each had the same list and just pressed send once an hour or something like that they'd all get emails from all of us!

Trixie if we all sent you the email addresses for our regions and then you posted it back as a complete list - would that be an idea?

Oh my - they're coming in thick and fast already

Tell you what is the best bet then - just get as many regional stations lised in here we can grab - and we'll just go through the posts one by one and launch an email attack on each area. Its a waste of time forwarding them to me and me putting it all up together - we've got to act fast haven't we. Hows that sound ?

Nice move with the BBC emails we can do several of them each day

That sounds good to me

Have left a post on Chris's thread, as I'm sure the Bartonettes will want to join us.

Had a look and found a website with all the local radio stations in the UK.

It is radio-now.co.uk

Off to have a better look now.

Well, unfortunately, at this point, it would be pointless for me to email any Canadian radio station as not many people know who Craig and Co. are...I'm going to add a yet on there though as I hope that soon they will know as well as the Rightpondians!

In the mean time....I shall contribute to the email campaign in the UK!

I think it would be a great idea for someone to compile a listing of all radio stations, broken out by region maybe, in one spot, sort of a one stop email shoppe, to make it easier for everyone to just copy, paste and do a mass email using the BCC method (don't need all the radio station to know we are bombarding all of them do we ) That way someone could keep track of who they've emailed and how many times. Maybe we should have a running list (like we do with the tour) on here with all of them or maybe start a master listing over on CCF?

If I wasn't at work right now I'd volunteer to do it now, but they seem to expect me to actually work while I'm here, cheeky as they are, so if someone hasn't done it today then I'll compile something when I get home later...when all you guys are snoring away

Its funny - I was actually thinking that Craig needed a Street Team the other day....yet I didn't speak up...should have and we would have already been organized for this sort of thing!

Ok, back to work now
