The door is an old one out in the utility room and I'm not houseproud so a few scratch marks don't bother me.

Too right
Does your furball still have his claws then ?
I know a friend in USA had them removed for that reason.

He most definitely has his claws...removing them is like removing our fingers to the knuckles! I could never ever ever do that to him. I just keep them clipped...and let him scratch the heck out of his (read - used to be mine but some creature in this house claimed them for his own use) furniture.

In normal English....they are working on building the fence still, and you're happy that the sun came out because it rained really hard all night?

Finally got a company to deliver a fence eh...yay!

Its been fricken 28-30C here the last few days...and my thermostat is still reading 28C in my apartment...and its 130am....its not right, its just not right *grumble grumble grumble*

I was surprised my friend did as she is English (vets in UK don't do it) but it was wrecking the wallpaper in a rented house .

Thats right eh. We hosers don't do that American stuff. We drink beer and watch hockey and fry backbacon eh.

And today is Canada Day so we break out the two fours, grab our Timmy Ho's and hit the beach/lake/cabin or find a parade *nods* Fun

The British weather is one reason I don't think I'd live anywhere else - cannot take it very hot (or cold) so suits me just fine.
