Good Magazine for Reviews?
Hi guys - I was wondering which magazines you think are best for reviews. I'm planning to buy a 42inch+ HDTV in the next month or so and whilst opinions, experiences and specs on here, AVForums and other sites are going to play a big part in my decision, I still think i may look at a couple of mags (it also helps with showing my wife!!).

The best IMHO is Home Cinema Choice.
The worst has to be What Hi-Fi: Sound and Vision. It's full of technical inaccuracies, and the reviews are generic and uninformative (a fault shared by other AV magazines). Last edited by meltcity : 30-04-2007 at 14:02. |

Speaking of Home Cinema Choice, I have been to their webiste recently and their doesn't appear to be any reviews for this year of Plasma TVs

I quite like the Home Cinema Choice website, but I think that the reviews there are always a few months behind the published magazines - makes sense I guess, as they want people to buy the mag not JUST use the website for free.
I'll get a copy soon then! |
