Do o2 have a short code number for customer service?
Or do customers have to pay to call o2 CS on their 0870 number (0870 are not included on new tariffs)? Thanks |

Enter the phone number you want to call, the full number, such as 08705 XX XX XX here http://www.saynoto0870.com/search.php
It will give you the local numbers etc. Or you can call 4445 from your mobile at 20p a minute. |

Or 202 if you are an Online customer. Could someone confirm 202 works for Online customers?

any o2 tariff activated before 27/4/07 includes inclusive mins to 0870, 0800, 0844, 0845 so although its not technically free you dont pay unless u've used ya minutes.
any tariff change after 27/4/07 has completely free access to CS either from the 202 number from mobile of by calling 0870 CS number from mobile, whichever is relevant for your CS dept. however, any other numbers 0870, 0800, 0844 and 0845 will now all be chargeable and not included in free mins. a bit crap i agree but i guess they're just following where all the other companies went along time ago. |

Hi Guys,
It doesn't matter what tariff you are on any longer. All calls to o2 customer services from an o2 mobile are completely FOC. |
