Hi,

OK, last September I upgraded to an SPV M3100, about a month after I recieved the phone I noticed that the phone wouldn't hold onto a GPRS signal, it'd connect to a webpage, then around 30 seconds later drop the connection, the same thing would happen with, lets say Agile Messenger etc, numerous phone calls to Orange, speaking to tech people, all telling me different things without any success (At this point I noticed that while MMS message alerts would arrive, the phone would not let me download MMS messages), I finally bit the bullet and asked for a replacement handset (I was, and am, insured), I did try and upgrade to a Nokia N95 as I was just unhappy with a handset that wouldn't do what it was told.. I recieved a "new" M3100 and after 4 days of use discovered that the speaker in the handset had stopped working, no speakerphone, but more importantly (And I only discovered this after I'd transferred my work line to my mobile) the handset wouldn't ring when someone was calling.. A soft reset didn't fix it, a hard reset didn't fix it, slapping it hard on the back of the handset fixed it... Temporarily.. Hardly ideal.. Now I called CS again tonight and after a 55 minute wait spoke to someone.. I told them I really didn't want another M3100 handset, either I'm giving out some sort of radiation that kills them or they are bad handsets.. Apparently, I can't swap handsets, even if I offer to pay them something towards it.. I go way over my contract price every month and just wondered if anyone had any suggestions as to what I could do about swapping this brick for a Nokia N95 or equivalent?

Thanks in advance..
