Is there a catch up programme on during the week?

I couldn't see another general type thread to put this question in, hence the new thread.

I was just wondering if there was a programme similar to what they do with SCD during the week? It would be interesting to see maybe some footage of the chaps rehearsing etc for the forthcoming shows on the Saturday.

Is there anything like that on at all?

That's a shame. Thanks for letting me know though.

Did the BBC miss a trick here?

I'd have liked to have seen

why specific songs were chosen,

vocal/acting coaching/dance workshops

what training did they get to tackle nerves of a "live" show

camera technique

ooh, I forgot.............the boys down the gym

If ever there was a programme that could easily entertain us with a half hour daily update show, it's this one. I'd love to be a fly on the wall

I'm lucky enough to have V+ and have watched it again already. Oh joy

Yep, I think it would really work. Especially in an early evening bbc2 slot.

Shame, as Mrs F said, auntie beeb really missed out on this.

I agree they missed a great chance to give us a fly on the wall looksee inside the house.

I'd like to see the look on their faces when they are given their song choices and see a bit of the rehearsal.

And if the camera was to accidentally pan to someone in the shower, well that would just be a bonus

There are the weekly video podcasts, news bits and other video clips on the web sites. Nowhere near the quality of TV of course but better than nothing.

Would be a great idea but i make do with watching Grease, Hilarious!!!
Virgin t.v catch up is good, can watch Rob grin to camera like a psycho again & again, Lewis, Keith & Seamus lose it it front their mothers.
Great stuff!

Yup, another vote for an It takes two type programme, bonus points for the BBC if they could get the lovely Claudia doing it as well, give us a chance to get to 'know' the contestants a bit more, and probably build up a bigger fan base for the winning Joseph, which means more ticket sales in the long run

I agree that a mid-week follow-up programme would be fab.

It would be great to see how the contestants are developing their acting and dancing skills as this is sometimes difficult to judge on the Saturday show.

And it would be great to see a proper interview with the evicted Josephs too. Still don't know a lot about them do we.

This week's video podcast consists of interviews with Anthony and Seamus. I found Seamus' particularly interesting, he came across much better than he did during the show.

they had one every day for strictly come dancing! i know that was celebs abnd therefore more enticing, but just one a week would be fab for this!

I'd vote for Claudia as well to front this show.

Agree with all the comments made. Would be good to see some more of the contestants we dont know them very well.

Great minds think alike
