Been looking at their refurbished tv's, their FAQ's box doesn't work and they've not responded to a mail yet.
Does anybody know what they mean by refurbished?
Has anyone had experience of one of these products?

Pristine Philips products aren't great, dread to think about their refurbished.

'Refurbished' usually means 'repaired', they are mostly sets which have been replaced under guarantee because they were faulty. They are then repaired (hopefully?), and sent back out as 'graded stock', at a substantial discount, they carry the same 12 month guarantee as a new set.

Richer Sounds were well known for selling graded stock, which is why their prices used to look so good - don't know if they still do?.
