Has anyone ever got the samsung 709 from Letsbuyit.com, a friend of mine told me he knew of someone who did, and had problems, as it took ages for it to get delivered, they said it was a problem with the suppliers,

If you have had problems, what happened in the end, I've already ordered the samsung 709, and just want to know if I'd be better of canceling my order

I ordered my 709 from LBI in the sale which ended 4th May, received it 25th May so it was about 10 days late.

I hacked it with the OFA5 Remote from Argos,
so far it has played everything without any problems.

Good for you! I ordered a 'chipped' version from 'Techtronics', which arrived the day after it came in stock! It handles R1 DVD's like a dream!
