I think a leader will get fired, from the "you're a utter shambles"(note incorrect use of grammar in sentence!) comment. Stuff like that usually applies to leaders who can't manage the teams.

I think reading the spoilers for next week (in TV guides) it's obvious that that is the person who goes, by process of elimination.
