Does anyone know when the BBC will commence this trial and if it will be free on the networks that support it i.e. Vodafone, Orange, 3???

Cheers.

Thanks, noticed that myself tonight.

What do you actually get from BBC 1?

Is it the same as is broadcast on Freeview for instance??

Do they have to drop the rights to sport?

Thanks for that.

For my sins I purchased the 49 p offer last night to watch the Scottish election results (what was I hoping for?).

The service is very good.

Instead of buying a newspaper, I would be more inclined to buy the service for the day.

Listen to me, I sound like a 3 salesperson.

Anyway, thanks for the info.

If there is one it isn't being advertised - and given they have promos for Joseph and Dr Who, both of which last more than 30mins on the Today on 3 page, I hope not!

I used it on Friday to watch some News 24, but sadly my phone battery didn't last half an hour to know!

On News 24 it'd be nice if they provided a version without the ticker - it's a distraction and too small to read. If I had a phone with somewhat better battery life, and ideally if BBC 2 and C4/E4/M4 were added it'd be easily worth £5/month. At the moment I think I'll just pay the 50p in the odd occasion I need it.

Does anyone know how long the BBC channels will be there for, since it is apparently a trial?

BBC channels now on Vodafone mobile TV. They're in the £3 a month variety pack. BBC One, Three, News 24 & eight radio stations. Also posted in other thread. Could do with a merge?
