Portal 1 DAB Radio reset problem

Wasn't sure where to post this - as it's a technical problem, this didn't really belong in the 'Radio' discussion forum.

We're having problems with a Portal 1 DAB set - attempting to perform a System Reset to remove some outdated stations, the Tune/Select Dial appears not to respond to being pressed - the full depression of which is necessary to activate a System Reset - in fact, it does not seem that the dial can actually be depressed, although this has not been tampered with in any way.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
