Thomson DTI 6300 Series Link Problem?

Hey Guys

I got a DTI 6300 yesterday (as my old PVR broke) and have not subscribed to Top Up TV yet as the box works really well just as a normal PVR (if you disable all the TUTV channels).

It upgraded itself yesterday to v.2.44 and says I now have series link, however i cant seem to find it, am I being a bit dim? or is it because I don't subscribe to TUTV?

Also what are peoples views on Top up TV Anythime, is it really worht the money? Does it annoy anyone as it uses up the hard drive space, limiting the ammount of normal recordings you can do?

Thanks

It doesn't actually appear as an option, if you have not already worked it out you will be given the option to record either the programme or the series when you press record button.

Thanks, i sorted it in the end (posted the same problem in the Top Up TV section).

You have to make sure to leave the box on at 11:30am in the morning when you first get it to download the 14day EPG, then the series link runs off that.

Thanks For Your Help!

I have a similar setup - no TUTV, firmware v2.44 - and I can see the series link, but any recording of a series that I select fails, while individual programmes record.

Any suggestions?
