Hahaha, he's *still* going on about the "quality" of that cheese. Those 5kg blocks of cheddar are basically the same as what is sold as "Tesco Value" in smaller packets. It's what we sell to resaurants to use as an ingredient for things like cheese sauce, not as a quality product.
