Lohit the condender...

We haven't seen much of Lohat (I hope I'm spelling that right) but we saw some tonight and I like what I saw. A quiet confidence, an ability to listen, an ability to take ownership and accept responsibility, no buck passing and no fobbing off. Those are qualities we haven't seen much of so far in this series and they are the qualities I would most like in a boss.

Person I would most like for my boss: Lohat.
Person I would most like on my team (but not boss): Kristina

I agree with you about Lohit, pammi. I think he's a strong contender. I think his people skills came to the fore when he was selling lollipops in the zoo. He has such a lovely manner towards people.

Tonight he even seemed to get through to Jadine!

Yes, he may not seem like the most dynamic or proactive person, but there's something to be said for quiet control I think. I believe he will make the final. I think he could outlast Tre at any rate.

As I've just said in the episode thread, I think he's the favourite at the moment.

I can imagine him doing a good job for SAS.

I agree with you all. Also, it was around this time last year that Michelle actually started to stand out.

I don't think Lohit is quiet. There's 16 people after the job, and it's impossible for them all to be at the forefront. I was VERY impressed by him tonight. He had the two biggest characters on his team (Tre and Jadine), and seemed to handle them quiet well I thought.

Pammi_i, are you God? Yes, Lohit's quiet team-leading skills are impressive and after tonight I think it's him and Kristina as the final two. I was backing Simon, but something about his impression of Adam just rubbed me up the wrong way. I also think it's noteable that none of his colleague's have anything bad to say about Lohit and quite a few have been very positive.

I said ages ago, he is Tim mk11, quietly working away in the background, no gripes with any of the others. In all the tasks he has worked hard without making a song and dance about it.

Should definitely make the final two <hopefully>!

I liked the way he was prepared to admit that he made bad product choices and was ready to take the hit for it.

Was very impressed with Lohit this week. Didn't know he had it in him to lead a team in France and win.

Before tonight, I wouldn't have agreed with you - but having watched him this time - yes, I can see it! I liked his manner and attitude and can see him going a lot further - a bit of a dark horse.

For me since the zoo task Lohit has been a frontrunner.

He had the difficult task of managing Tre and Jadine and managed it very well. Quietly competent.
