Operation Kristina: WInner of The Apprentice!
I think that from this episode, people not only on this forum, but around the UK (who watch the Apprentice) have finally seen the real Kristina.
She speaks her mind (like Tre) but is not an arse when she knows she is in the right and se does not bullshit. Even if you dont like her, you cannot admit you think she wont go far because she probably will and i can see her working for sir Alan any day! Your thoughts.... Regards |

I think she's ok, but I think she's a bit too cocky. I think Lohit is more winner material.

Spoiler
Jadine has a lot of good points. She just needs to tone down her attitude. I think the final four will be Jadine, Adam, Kristina and Lohit. |

Not sure about that - I reckon that Sir A thinks that Jadine has a bit of a screw loose!!

Kristian has really impressed me. I really like (and feel sorry for) Adam, but either him or the brillaint Kristina Grimes to win.

she's impressed me alot in the last few weks, I admired how she stood up to Paul & Katie in this weeks challenge.
That can't have been easy, and it must have been a frustrating situation to work in, with them swanning off, doing God knows what? I think Sir alan is impressed with her too. |

I find her rude, ignorant and arrogant and I like her less than Katie.
There are always three types of candidates in the apprentice. The ones that work very hard no matter who is team leader, do as they're told and if called into the boardroom relay their own strengths and explain they were told what to do! e.g. Lohit The ones that will call a team leader up on things that they don't agree with, but in a calm rational way, and if they go into the boardroom, concentrate on their own strengths, Adam is a good example of this The ones that will argue the toss over every decision so ifthey are ever called into the boardroom on a losing team they can point out that they were against the decision. (and foist lollipops on children so the parents have no choice but to fork out 5 imes wht they are worth) Kristina falls into the latter, she never explains why she is right for te job, just why other people are wrong! I don't like it one bit! Maybe I'm not made for business, but if that's a good business woman I'm very glad about it! |

Ghazal is the best looking surely? I'm always amazed by people's diversity of opinions about beauty-- a lot of people on here thought Grace BB7 was pretty, for instance, which seems like sheer madness to me.
But Ghazal is so beautiful I keep wanting her onscreen just so I can look at her, even though she doesn't seem all that interesting personality wise. I guess I just have to keep on being amazed, and it would be an awful world if everyone agreed on who was hot. Anyway, I really want to like Kristina, especially as she's Irish too, but I can't because of her eagerness to sell kisses, her reaction to "Are you a feminist?" and the infamous lollipop sales technique. Damn. She was brilliant this episode and the last though, and it seemed like she didn't have much time for the people who were practically bullying Adam (seriously, how awful to live and work with people who treated you that way!) So she may win me over. I don't feel like I have a proper sense of her character; I'd kind of written her off as one of those people who substitutes "ruthlessness" for talent, but it seems I was wrong. |

While I don't agree with some of her work ethic, such as giving the lolly to the child before asking for payment, she was on the ball in this task. However, she doesn't fit the bill of an Apprentice, Tim and Michelle came over as being learners, while she'd probably like Ruth Badger come in with her own ideas. |

Maybe after the experience of Michelle SAS is looking for someone who can hit the ground running and i definitely think Kristina would fit into that category. I don't think she will stand for incompetence and Paul was a complete muppet last night and totally useless.

The problem with most of them is they go there with this " I didn't come here to make friends" attitude which both her and Jadine has said. However what they fail to realise is you need to have people on your side and be able to get along with them in order to pass the tasks and not end up in the board room. Quote:

It's taken me a while to like any of them this year and even at this stage I don't have anyone as a winner yet but I do like Kristina
