Can't see this posted anywhere, but I found it in today's Sun!! Wonder if it might be Ben that pushes her?

EASTENDERS psycho Stella Crawford will DIE falling off a roof on her wedding day to Phil Mitchell.

Evil Stella (Sophie Thompson) makes the shock exit after weeks of emotionally abusing Phil’s young son Ben.

And Phil (Steve McFadden) will be fingered for the crime as there is a riddle over whether Stella jumped or was pushed. Show chiefs were keeping tight-lipped as to whether Phil and Stella even get married first.

So far fans of the BBC1 soap have been shocked as the wicked witch of the East End carried out sick stunts including pouring water in Ben’s bed to make him think he wet it.

And Stella also stood back and watched as Ben (Charlie Jones) was beaten up by school bullies.

Sophie, 40, admitted recently: “The mind boggles as to how Phil will react when he finds out.”

EastEnders bosses have worked with the NSPCC charity while filming the traumatic abuse plotline.

Last night a show spokesman said: “We never discuss storylines.”

If it's true what a stupid, lame and annoying ending!

We have Stax, we have Mad May. Both storylines have have gone on since CHRISTMAS! Even BEFORE!

And here we are, with an original, alright disturbing BUT something which is something which should be made aware of...and they write it off fast.

Well annoyed me!

I can't wait for the storyline to end. I find it sick and disturbing. They may be working with the NSPCC but I think that it is dragging on too long and I don't feel that it is entertaining.
I can't see that watching any form of child abuse (even though I know it is a soap and not real ) is entertainment!
Just my opinion but I cannot wait for the story to end and I also think that killing her off is the wrong way to handle it. She should have been caught and suffered the consequences (*spelling), death is not enough!!

Isn't the reason they have written it off fast because people have complained and refused to watch while it continues?

Anyway I don't think its a lame ending. Her going to prison or doing a runner would have been a lame ending and damn right ridiculous. Her dying makes the character iconic.

I think it will be a great few episodes and this doesn't even happen until the end of August/Early September as thats when the wedding is and the date Roxy and Ronnie join.

It looks good. I think it should be a whodunnit - Phil, Ben, Ian or one of the Mitchell sisters!

like who shot Phil!!! oooh!

well... i think its a good way to end it... its been ok to watch, but not an easy storyline... i hope its Ben that does it, but that he gets away with it... but, i hope Phil doesn't take the blame for it either as its nice to have him in the show (i reckon anyway)...

she deserves more than just to be banged up tho!!!!

can't wait for it!!

I hope she is murdered. Otherwise it will be so disappointing.

Why would it be so disappointing? sounds like your hoping it will be disappointing so you can slag the show even more considering its all a few of you ever do. Yet you still watch and even more bizzare, come on here to talk about it.

Nothing else going on?

As long as its one of those edge of the seats performances I think it will be great! Apart from Stax I personally am loving the enders at the minute!

I think she will either have a huge mental breakdown and jump, or Phil will push her. She could always accidentally fall but that would be boring.

I think a 'who-dun-it' style exit could be interesting, but they may drag it out like this whole "Who Killed Tom King" in Emmerdale. If they did i rekon the only people it could be would be Phil or Ben.

Phil could discover the truth about her abusing Ben or Ben will finally become "a proper Mitchell" and push her (indicating that he might become like Phil and Grant when he's older [although i doubt it]).

The only other suspects i can see in a who-dun-it would be:

Ronnie and Roxy Mitchell - Great arrival!
Abi Branning - She knows what Stella's like

Are you sure about that because I read August and as EE film two months ahead this must be the case as no actors have been revealed for the parts of these Mitchells yet because they still haven't cast them!!!

August was in All About Soap. It must be anyway as they haven't cast them yet. They normally reveal actors five weeks before they start to film and they are moving into July filming now. There was something about Donna Air but I don't know how true that was.

They could still arrive by the end of July, if they were to be announced soon. Each month of EastEnders takes around 4/5 weeks to film and my guess is they will probably have the scripts at the very least penciled for that time, (they must have seeing as they have just revealed what will happen to Stella on her wedding day, so it would just be a case of casting.

As long as everyone finds out what she did first then it should be a good ending
