I just watched this for the first time (I got a friend to record it for me). The first thing I enjoyed was the cheer that went up when Adam's name was mentioned, lol! (At least the public like him even if the other contestants don't.) Nick made his feelings quite plain too, I thought. But Paul - what a thick skin, talking across Nick like that - how rude! As others have said, he'll never admit he's wrong - but I do wonder, who on earth will employ him now?!
The worst thing about this programme was the easy ride that Tre got - Adrian Chiles obviously believes it's hilarious to have some mysogynistic, xenophobic, foul-mouthed idiot spouting away, and encouraging the audience to laugh is sending us straight back to the bigoted attitudes of the '70s (I discuss this in more detail in the 'Slay Tre!!' thread). What's even more awful is that if Tre had been in that programme tonight, he probably would have called the chef Novelli a "f*cking frog" to his face, and not cared a damn about it. I find that kind of personality detestable, and it unnerves me because I just don't know what to do when I'm faced with a person like that, it's actually very frightening because you know that anything you say or do is just like water off a duck's back to them. I dread to think what Tre might be capable of.
(The other horrible thing in that show was seeing Paul's pasty white body suddenly appearing from round a door in that film - eek!!

It quite put me off my supper!!)
