I actually have more respect for Adam, week by week. He is clearly being ganged up on by everybody - Katie being the ringleader, and acting like a pathetic little child. But he seems to just ignore it and take it on the chin.

I went off Simon last night - previously I quite liked him, but I think he showed his true colours.

I still like Tre - I mean, yes he is offensive, but he isn't a backstabber, and if he's got something to say, he will generally say it to your face.

But my favourite at the moment is Kristina. She wasn't taken in by Katie (which is precisely why Katie didn't like her), and she's smart. She said from the beginning that selling cheese to the French would never work. She was also the one who went and found a cooker for the sausages, after which they started selling.

I hate to say it, being a southern softie myself, but it's true, Adam commits the crime of being in possession of a working class Northern accent. That lot are doing my head in, is it any wonder lots of people have a bad impression of southerners

So narked off at Simon for last night.

I never liked Simon - I haven't forgotten the way he stitched poor old Andy up like a kipper in the first episode. I hope he doesn't make the final four. Kristina has grown in my estimation; as has Lohit, who is no longer the invisible man.

Along with Adam, Lohit is my favourite now. He is just the sort of boss I would like to work for. Whether he could make it big in the cut-throat world of business remains to be seen - I just fear he is too nice.

Adam hasn't done a thing to deserve the treatment his getting, it makes my blood boil, but thank goodness he has shown himself to resiliant thus far, as his reaction to their rudeness last night showed...good on him!

I hope Sir Alan will be able to see through the other team members tactics.

I agree with this and previous posters. I like Adam. I think he's comes over without pretension and appears honest. I think the problem the others have with Adam is that he has in their eyes the "wrong" accent and is from the "wrong" class. They are circling like vultures in an attempt to get him out. Just as they did in week one with Andy. It worked that time, it hasn't worked with Adam. I hope that SAS does make him project manager and I hope his team wins. It would be interesting to see how the vultures deal with being led by Adam. They would still want him out, but the only way would be to throw the task and that would surely put themselves at risk.

As much as i like adam i don't think its to do with the fact that he's got a commonish northern accent.

ghazel's accent is far more common. tre, although not northern has a common accent too.

i felt really sorry for adam last night, it was almost bullying. poor lad. i thought he made a concious effort last night to keep his head down and not p*ss people off, yet he still got trashed by them all. they're like vultures thinking he's an easy target, probably because of a mixture of his 'car salesman' background and his northerness. he's made of stronger stuff though! hope he goes far!

Reasons they keep putting him in the boardroom:

1. He's a threat to them all and they know it - three times he's beat the boardroom now, he must be doing something right
2. He's an easy target because he's not a fluffy, fake moron
3. They look down on him because of his accent and his job

The only ones in this that are worth a light are Adam, Tre, Kristina and Lohit

They should be the final four and if they're not, I'll be flaming well annoyed!

I agree. Also he's not one of the crowd. He gives honest opinions, doesn't just say something's a brilliant idea to a person's face and then go off and snipe about that person to the camera. He doesn't indulge in all their dreadful business speak. He seems straight forward and hard working to me and I hope he sees a lot of them off, but particularly Katie.

It makes sense for all of them to universally point the finger at Adam each week. It makes him look like the weakest link and detracts from their own ineptitude. After all, united they stand, divided they (or at least one of them) will fall.

Once Adam has gone (which personally I hope isn't any time soon) they will only shift their focus onto someone else, The pack mentality always seems to prevail in this kind of show.
Totally agree with what you say. Katie and Natalie did a lot of damage to Adam over the weeks, Natalie was not selling anything in the zoo task, he tried to help her, in a quiet way, not public humiliation but she took offense.

I asked a few weeks ago if they felt threatened by Adam, but was argued down.

Good point. So did Natalie. It remains a mystery why they dislike Adam so much.

Natalie knew her place, subordinate to Katie; Tre is a loose cannon, I think they are wary of taking him on as he comes from a successful family business, job there if he wants, he does not care what they think of him and has nothing to lose, then to really annoy, he has been successful at tasks, even selling "arty farty" pictures.

Adam has no natural allies since Andy left, they have targetted him as an alien to their vague job title, "getting a deal in overseas property" type occupation. Katie was a career soldier for years after being sponsored through her degree by Sandhurst i.e. the taxpayer. I think they have to serve 7 years in return.

The MOD must be furious at the bad image Katie and Paul are giving the army.

Interesting stuff, I didn't know much of it. Do we know what family business Tre is in? (Don't suppose anyone else would give him a job anyway, lol!) And Katie being a soldier, I had no idea of that. It all figures in a way! (And she would have been the worst type of officer too, imagine going to her with a personal problem? No thanks!)

I really like Adam, I like him more as everyone else dislikes him more! Trouble is, unless he is on the winning team I think he will go 'unless' someone else makes a massive cock-up like Paul did.

The problem is that Adam has now put himself forward as team leader, and everyone there is out to get him and do him down, so he could well end up in that chair again. If that happens, let's hope Sir A uses his brains! (He's always wanting people - he says - who have pulled themselves up by their bootstraps, and Adam is the perfect example of that. I think he'd work like a Trojan for Sir A. I also think that the 'chinless ones' actually look down on Sir A and secretly despise him, so they are massive hypocrites anyway and shouldn't even be considered for the job).

I respected Adam for putting himself forward for team leader - I don't know if SAS will take him up on the offer or not, but if he does I really hope that Adam's team win by a long way.

The final four should be Adam, Tre, Kristina and Lohit. I thought Lohit was a bit of a non-entity at first, but he handled being team leader pretty well, and he certainly has manners and common decency, which is more than can be said for some of the others.

I do think though that unless Adam is in the winning team for at least the next three weeks, that he will just keep getting taken back into the boardroom.

Apart from the four who I would like to see as the finalists, the others are just a bunch of brown-nosing sheep. They are all following Katie's lead - if she wasn't so nasty about Adam, I'm pretty sure that none of them would have been either.

I REALLY hope that Katie goes soon, and I really hope that the audience on 'You're Fired' show her what they think of her.

The thing is, i don't think they do like her, they are just petrified that she will turn on them so are keeping her onside. You see it in everyday life all the time, i can think of 2 or 3 people i know personally who are treated like royalty because they are either viscious bitches or physically violent and people will do whatever it takes to stay on their good side.

Its self pepetuating as well as people back the bitches up through fear so they get away with it.
