Which companies are good for cashback?

I want a contract cashback deal but there are so many companies to choose from.

Any recommendations regarding GOOD customer service would be appreciated.

My partner has a cashback deal with Carphone Warehouse at the moment. It's a bit of hassle to send off the bills, but she does get the cheques.
