EXPLANTATION:

Spoiler
This is not just random guessing. In the previews it shows the team leaders and the teams have not changed - yes that's obvious. Then, on the preview of the next episode (the one i am talking about now) it showed SA shouting at Adam saying: "tell me the truth-dont lie!" The producers always do this to throw us off track. He blatantly did say this to Adam but both teams were in the boardroom when SA said this so Adams team does not nessacerily lose. Going on the basis, the editors are trying to throw us off track and keep us guessing, i think it’s safe to say Simon’s team loses!

finally......
Spoiler
Simon, in the previews, basically spends his whole day with Naomi and Tre looking for “Nigella seeds” whatever they are. This means, he probably ends up not knowing what J and L exactly did so its just a process of elimination. Simon will bring Jadine and Lohit back to the boardroom with him simply because he did not keep track of what they were doing (unless Naomi and Tre do something terribly wrong). Lohit would go as i have heard Jadine is in the final and i believe Simon is more capable than Lohit!

Nigella is a traditional cottage garden flower, also known as 'Love-in-a-mist'.

Yes, I wonder if they ever managed to find any. You wouldn't think it would be that hard.

My thoughts on this (contains spoilers):

Spoiler
I know that Adam is still in the show the week after next, so he definitely doesn't get fired. Both Tre and Ghazal get fired in the coming weeks. I disagree with you about it being Adam who is sat alone in the boardroom. Adam has never lied and I don't think he would - he has always been honest and up front. Also, I recorded this weeks episode and watched back the preview, and it definitely looks like Tre sat in front of Sir Alan and not Adam. I agree with you about Jadine - I also heard that she makes it to the final. As for Lohit being fired next week - I doubt it very much. He's always done a decent job in each task, has only been in the last three once and also won last weeks task when he was team leader. I think he is now one of the front runners to win and will be in the final. I think Tre or Naomi will be fired next week.

absolutly agree with your comments on the identity of the person and your reasoning behind it. There is not way that

Spoiler
Adam would do something to call his integrity into question, while we all know that Tre most definetly would. I think that the assumption around adam being the one in that shot stems from the fact he has had bad boardroom experiences in recent weeks.

In the previews I have seen (on BBC website), Tre clearly knows what nigella is - it is also known as onion seed or kalonji and is used in Indian cookery (Balti should know ). The other preview shows Adam & Ghazal. I am surprised that Ghazal doesn't know what it is. It is not an obscure ingredient at all, it's the little black seeds you see on spiced naan breads.

sounds like an inexpensive item then...maybe they spend a lot of time faffing about trying to get them when they should be concentrating on doing a deal on something more expensive?

They are as cheap as chips Cavegirl and should be dead easy to find (any garden centre, B&Q, Homebase etc.)

I'm just wondering what everyone is talking about actually? What's all this 'nigella' stuff?! (Is it something in the grey blocks that I can't see? If so, how come that you all know what it is? Confused of Surrey )

Can you not read the spoilers in the grey blocks?! It's a type of flower apparently... part of the upcoming task. Sounds like it's gonna be a good one too.

No, I can't! Does anyone know why not?! (It does answer a query I've had for a while though - I thought most people on here had ESP!)

Nigella is a type of flower, but it is also a seed commonly used in Asian cookery and generally known there as kalonji or onion seed. (Not sure of the difference between cooking Nigella and gardening Nigella). Anyway, for the purposes of the Apprentice task, I believe it is the Asian spice that they are being asked to source.
Nigella is also a domestic godess of course , although whether she is available below cost price is up for debate....

They are but only because the OP changes them three or four times during the week as new spoilers and other discussion takes place... and he's usually still wrong after that, too. Well worth a giggle on the actual Apprentice night.

Never mind, jazz-joe. I for one enjoy your ever-changing predictions, and you add to the gaiety of the nation, even if it is not clear where you are coming from!
