Worst phone at the moment

Everyone seems to be upgrading or buying a new phone lately and wants to know which is the best to get. But whats the best to avoid? What phone currently out would you tell people to avoid?

I'd have to tell people to avoid the Nokia 6280. My views on it have been up and down and some of my previous posts reflect that but now I'm settled on "stay away from it." My reasons are because it's quite unreliable. Sometimes it works fine for days then it'l just start resetting, crashing, freezing and battery life is terrible.
