Bt vision receiver help needed

A friend of mine has a bt vision receiver all it keeps saying is there is a fault the error code is NR01. Is there a way to do a master reset on these receivers

    I'd phone the helpdesk in the first instance 0845 6007030. Sometimes it's a fault at their end, but I'm unfamiliar with this error code.

    They didn't buy it off ebay by chance did they???!! :D

    Master reset is:
    power off at mains

    hold both the select and down button in

    Power on at mains

    no bt installed it for them

    Then the best bet is to phone BT. Be aware that a master reset will lose any recordings BTW.

    Was it working originally?
