Greatest Concerts you have ever seen
I have been fortunate enough to have seen some fantastic concerts over the last 30 years but for me Bruce Springsteen and the E street band at wembley stadium on the 4th July 1985 has to top the lot.
No one can command 80 thousand people like Bruce did on that day and even almost 22 years on I can still remember it like it was yesterday. And the power and performance by Bruce and the E street band on songs like Out on the street and cadellic ranch are still are etched in my memory. |

My experience is a bit limited but I would go for Level 42 at Liverpool Royal Court theatre around 1991.
On top form they're great live. |

I saw U2 in Cork on the last European date of the Joshua Tree tour. It was an amazing atmosphere, as you can imagine.

Muse last year at T on the Fringe in Edinburgh. Just amazing.
And it was a doubly good gig for me because My Chemical Romance were supporting. Seeing two bands I love on the same day was a dream come true! |

For me its Bruce Springsteen and The E street band in the San Siro stadium in Milan in 2003. Was simply incredible.
I've never felt short changed coming back from a Springsteen show he's such a good live performer regularly doing 3 hour+ stints. I have the London show from 1985 on MP3 if you want me to send you it NEIL J JONES. Let me know. |

James at the MEN arena last Saturday. When Sit Down was played the atmosphere was spectacular! The concert was almost a spiritual experience

U2 at Hampden on their Vertigo tour were fantastic!
Would love to have seen ZOO TV though. Second to that, probably The Cult last year, who were brilliant. Such amazing energy from both those two! |

Bruce Springsteen on that tour was my first ever concert - St James Park I think, I was 14. Was my introduction to my obsession with Nils Lofgren who played guitar in the E Street Band. Etched in my memory too
![]() To be honest after this tour Bruce went downhill, the tunnel of love album never lived up to his past albums, but when he reformed with the E street band it did bring back some memorys from years gone by especially the sell outs at madison gardens in manhattan in 2000. |

I've seen loads of bands , U2, R.E.M, Gun's 'n' Roses, placebo, Iron maiden, Green day, Black sabath, and many, many more.
Nothing compairs to Metallica tour in 1999 when they still had Jason Newsted in the band. I saw them at the Big Day out at Milton Keynes bowl. |
