The sing-off is if you're in the bottom two, and we already know from the BBC website he was ill this week and worried that he'd miss the show.

He didn't from recollection - he spoke about the need to hold something back for the actual performance. The harshest comments came from Zoe Tyler.

Anonymous sources, people close to...etc. hold no weight. For those of you who are fans of the West Wing - chicken-assed wannabees who don't get any cider.

Wrong show, darling. That would be Big Brother. Stop recycling you articles for each reality show.

If someone steps away for ten minutes after a show where they have been slated on, in a manner that many posters who aren't even fans of Lee have described as nasty, to see friends and family then what's the big deal? Gotta get interest up in the show and gotta sell newspapers.”

I agree with the things you say. The Sun should at least get their facts tright before they start printing wayward stories.

There isn't much of a break for "Joseph" in this production. The whole show revolves around that character and he is singing and acting (mostly singing) in part or all of every scene in the show.

That is one of the reasons why (apart from his voice, performance skills, stage presence and appealing looks) I feel that Daniel, with his experience in the one production that I have seen him prepare for (never mind the productions that he has actually got the chance to perform on stage in) is so perfect for the role.

That said, if Lee won, I wouldn't be devastated as despite liking him and rating him to begin with, I think he increasingly he has "Quick Disaster" written right through him like a stick of rock.

I insulted my cats by liing the bottom of their litter tray with it. Mind you, I did pile a few inches of CatSan and a plastic sheet over it before I let my three precious little ones go anywhere near it

Singing. No clambering up barricades, no rock-n-roll numbers, no songs to be shouted rather than sung. Also, no alleged teachers making useless comments mid-performance.

If Lee can sing Raoul with fire being flung at him, he's going to be fine in whatever he does.

Agreed! Phantom is a hard show also, but Lee will make it, if not here, another show.

It's probably a lot of rubbish, but it may hurt Lee anyway. Seamus had to listen to personal criticisms of his personality (as opposed to criticisms of his performance) every week he was in the show and these, IMO, killed any chance he had of success.
If these rumours of prima donna behaviour from Lee get about, even if they are untrue, it could well damage his chances, as the public seem to prefer modest mediocrity to 'arrogant' talent.
