Get Active on your phone.

Shortly you will receive a text message containing the settings you need for O2 Active.

When the settings have been received the handset will display the following message '1 New Browser Message'.

1. Press 'READ'.
2. The message 'Browser Update, Update is Required' will be displayed.
3. Press 'UPDATE'.
4. 'Enter Authentication PIN' will be displayed, enter '0000' and press 'Ok'.
5. 'Update Complete' will be displayed and disappear.

Once the setting has been saved, the new profile will need to be set as default, to do this please follow the process below.

1. Press the Menu button.
2. Scroll to 'WebAccess' and press 'SELECT'.
3. Scroll to 'Web Sessions' and press 'SELECT'.
4. Scroll to the appropriate O2 WAP connection and press the 'Menu' button.
5. Scroll to 'Set Default' and press 'SELECT', the message 'Changed Default' will be displayed briefly and then return to the Web Sessions screen.

MOds can we make this a sticky please, will help lots of people

I'm not sure how making this sticky will help other people. Everyone who orders settings from the O2 site will get instructions for their phone. These only apply to your model.
Your original post is very confusing to say the least. If your talking about synchronising your phonebook, need to enter the URL of a Phonesync service. Not sure if O2 support this any more.

Nothing to do with model number, seeing as my model is not listed on there website, and it is pretty hard to find this info on o2 website, and o2 do not send it out, it was only cause i pushed o2 i got it, in fact i had to speak to a supervisor. after 3 days of trying to sort my fone out.

And as i have already asked mods to delete my first post, as this had nothing to do with what i was trying to do.
