Monday 7 May 7.30 - 8pm ITV1
Paul (Sean Gallagher) is acting very uneasy around Carla (Alison King) and decides to get into work early. When Liam (Rob James-Collier) and Leanne (Jane Danson) go to investigate why, Paul is really uncomfortable around Leanne, even more so when Liam invites him for a drink with them. In the Rovers, Paul warns Leanne they should stay out of each other's way but Leanne says she isn't going to change for him, much to Paul's dismay. When Liam mentions that Leanne works some funny hours, Paul can no longer holds his tongue and asks for a quiet word with Liam, despite a desperate attempt from Leanne to stop them. Is Paul about to blow Leanne's big secret?
Ken (William Roache) tells Blanche (Maggie Jones) and Deirdre (Anne Kirkbride) that he is going to Denise's house to see his son Daniel for the first time in years. Deirdre pretends to be unfazed by this but Blanche cannot help but interfere. She finds Denise's address on an old letter sent to the Barlow's and follows Ken. Will Blanche upset Ken's first meeting with his son?
Elsewhere Liz (Beverley Callard) meets up with Derek (David Hounslow) for a
secret rendez-vous at a flat.
This episode is written by Peter Whalley, produced by Steve Frost and directed by Terry Dyddgen-Jones.
