I think thats more then likely. As far as we know non of the suspects are leaving (There are rumours that Lucy Parteger might be leaving), and I think its more then likely that the Tom Kings killer will die.

I've heard that the names in line for the killing are:

There are all these rumers that Len will be named as the killer and then die, but dont you think there have been started on purpose to cover the real person 'who dunnit'.

Someone suggested that we see the killer confess to whoever dies moments before their death, meaning the viewers then know who did it but no one in the programme does, except for the poor deceased person. I thought that was quite a clever theory...But when I think about it, doesn't the killer confess to stop the [other] Kings going down for it? In which case the killer must go to jail?!

I've read somewhere that the person who killed Tom king isn't leaving just yet. I'll put money on so that means if it's true that the killers not leaving then it can't be him. It won't be Terry as he's supposed to be on holiday when it's revealed, although he may stick around for some reason. From what I've heard It would be great if it was Cain and chas has known for some time. Tom king had hired someone to track Cain down, perhaps Tom had got his money back, but Cain returned to get his revenge. just an idea....

I had the same thought that Cain did it - and Chas either knows already or finds out and is torn between her love for Carl and her family bond.....

Its a wonder how they will go about revealing the full extent of toms death. Will they show the argument outside court and then have the big reveal, followed by the actual killing or will that scene ever see the light of day?
