I quite like Katie
I think she is brilliant. I don't think she will win but she brings so much to the show
Her witty comments and attitude are fantastic to watch. Adam brought it upon himself meantioning her relationship with whatshisface Go on Katie!

Adam had the correct idea ..
He decided to go out in a blaze of glory and therefore made Katie reveal her trueself in the boardroom. The ironic thing is that Katie said Adam isn't that bright, yet he has cost her any chance of her winning it. Adam you are a genius.

How anyone can actually like this woman is beyond me. She's the most vile contestant in the history of The Apprentice. The woman hasn't a chance of winning after proving she's agressive, bitchy, vicious, cruel and down-right volitile in front of the big man. The sooner she's gone, the better.

I quite like her too, though everyone will probably hate me for saying that. I think some of the things she says are harsh and mean, but others are witty in my opinion. I don't think she deserved to be in the boardroom this week as i thought she worked well and she showed her strengths. I think she makes an excellent villain.

Katie is one if the few who has been consistently competant!
I think she did herself no favours today, but she is still the best candidate. |

Being witty is one thing, being downright nasty is quite another. The woman is appalling.
I've yet to hear one witty comment pass her lips, its all backstabbing vitriol. |

I liked her at first but she is very bitchy and nasty. I think backstabber is the right word.

I don't think she is witty. I think she is a moose. Her comments are just rude and ignorant. What does she think the north is like? Cloth caps and whippets? Stupid woman
. Ah well she could call me slow and boring all she likes because I know I could knock her on her snooty behind.

Few people wound me up like this imbecile.
A vicious one trick pony with no team ethos whatsoever. I hope her exit is as emotionally painful as possible. |

She performed 'ok' during the tasks. If we're looking for a BIG failing from her on the job its that she didn't do what Adam asked and go to Stanstead, they could have still been late, got a tiny discount and won if she'd done what she was asked.
She was clearly out to lose the task so Adam would get fired. Thats not how a member of a team should operate and she should have been given the chop for that let alone her appalling behaviour in the boardroom! Carl |

I do worry about people's comedic tastes if you find Katie 'witty' .. mocking anyone from the north is hardly comedy or remotly funny, it's the kind of comments I'd hear from a rather dumb 12 year old.
I assume you think it's as witty as judging a female competitor on their looks. However, mocking anyone from the north is pretty standard fare for comedians and impersonators. You are not alone, kyri. I like Katie too. She seems to me to be far more astute than any of the others that have shown themselves, and she speaks her mind without being namby-pamby about it. Her business skills are broad and she's pretty good at coming up with ideas, valuable assets to any business. As for being in the boardroom, the fact is Adam had to take two out of three in, so notwithstanding that half his team had performed exceptionally well in terms of completing their half of the mission and achieving significant reductions, one of them had to go in. I knew, however, that whatever happened, he would take Katie in. He set her up the week before, raised the concerns about her relationship with Paul, and reckoned that if he put her in the firing line, Sir Alan would take the bait. It was a shitty thing to do, and given his performance has been abysmal throughout, I'm glad to see the back of Adam. Katie's arrogant, yes. So are others who are there but don't get half the flak for it. But she doesn't hide it behind platitudes and politically convenient hedging. Quote:

To me, this is patently untrue for two reasons. One, Adam as leader should have told them that it was better to be late than not get the item. He didn't (because he hadn't bothered to understand the rules and didn't think of it). Two, the decision not to go the Stanstead was both Kristina and Katie, so if Adam even thought that, why weren't both of them in the boardroom with him?

1). Whatever I think about Katie, she isn't thick, she knew those rules inside out & back to front - I doubt anyone is going to dispute that. Therefore, she knew the implications of going/not going. As a team member, she should have supported her manager and the rest of the team in achieving their objective with the best possible outcome. 2). They had made a pact to work against the others in the team according to the narrator (and subsequent scenes). It was only in the boardroom she realised she'd been played by Kristina. So I stand by my comments, she should have been fired. Carl |

Please note this is not big brother and this is areal job at the end of it not a media one - if you still like Katie then you deserve to be locked up with her.

What is the matter with people that they think someone who is an obvious bitch, who lies, manipulates and bullies people and then smirks when she gets her own way could be brilliant? Witty comments? She is arrogant, snobbish, judges people by their accent and is a truly nasty vicious piece of work. God help us when it has come to people admiring someone who has no decent qualities whatsoever. |

That would be a win-win from what I've seen. For as long as one was locked up, she would be the one most likely to be entertaining for the longest time. On the other hand, given her smarts, I reckon she'd find a way out quicker than any of the rest of them.
