I can imagine a type of organisation where a person like Katie would go down a bomb, however not the type of place I would want to work. Not SAS type either, I can't see her getting to the final.

If you call selling 0 pictures in the photo task, selling sausages at cost price and flouncing around with her muppet boyfriend competant!!

I don't find Katie to be at all witty. All her put-downs are so obviously rehearsed, like she brought along a "little book of insults" with her and was desperate to use them all before the end of the series in order to hopefully get a newpaper column as a biting critic, which I think is contrived, not witty at all.

Katie is a nasty piece of work, both physically and mentally.

When i first saw her i thought "pyscho-hose-beast" but she has definetly got some charm and wit as well. Most senior female executives have very little charm or wit, i would say all, but maybe somewhere (over the rainbow??).

I liked her at the beginning then I saw her sly digs and went right off her. I have to hand it to her though, she's be excellent to watch - I've been hooked.

Katie will get a role as the next James Bond villian. Can't you just see her, stroking Paul's tummy as he spreads out on her lap, saying "Come in Mr Bond, we've been expecting you, arf, arf" . Of course, Bond will subdue her with sugercubes.

She was way out of lie with those disparaging comments about the "North".

I dare the ugly b*tch to set foot up here and just see what will happen to her

I agree! I'm near you in Huddersfield.

We'll kick her ass.

I wouldn't say witty (or funny), but her comments are colourful, imaginative and poetic. At least compared to someone like Tre, who is far worse when it comes to prejudice (eg his comments about the French) and who expresses himself with dull clichés. Listen to Tre sometime. He's terrible.

I also think her comments are less bad than some of the ones people have made here, attacking her physical appearance and class.

Actually I think the anti-Adam sentiment started much earlier, when Simon and the others set him up to be fall-guy in the first task. If you recall, Andy was to be PM and Adam second in command. Simon actually said to camera that this was so that if they failed, those two would be in the boardroom and the rest safe. (As it turned out, Sir Alan switched the teams so Adam avoided the boardroom that day. Andy was fired.)

Kate had nothing to do with that.

Quote:
“The dour, dull, depressing guy she kept describing was nothing like the man we saw on You've been Fired tonight.”

But it did match what we saw of him on the task. Katie was one of the few people thinking during the day about what they should do in the evening (PM Tre wasn't). Adam was being very draining.
